Kroger

Really great store. Very convenient, with competitive pricing. I ride a bicycle, and I shop here a lot. I also use the pharmacy as it is also very convenient.
Today, there was a bicycle parked at the bicycle rack near the pharmacy. I shopped for over an hour, and the bike was still there when I finished, so it's a safe assumption that it may belong to an employee. If so, could management ask them not to TAKE UP THE WHOLE FREAKIN' BIKE RACK!!!

I WAIT UNTIL MY KIDS ARE ASLEEP THEN I DO MY SHOPPING. SOMETHING SO SIMPLE AND NOW THUS IS A VERY EXPENSIVE ORDEAL. I AM TIRED I HAVE TOFEED MY KIDS. I HAVE TO SHOP AT 7-11. I WILL TRY MY BEST TO USE OTHER STORES IN STEAD OF KROGER AFTER THIS. THIS HAPPENS TO MANY TIME. TERRIBLE PUBLIC RELATIONS.

Regardless of your appearance, expensive wardrobe or cheaper.
Is Christmas season and I realize that for this individuals anybody with a backpack walking in the store should be a Thief.

Very Disrespectful, and their Malicious Intent is displayed in their criminal Behavior, with treats of violence.
HASHTAGS is their goal.
Not recommended for Tourists
You only looking for groceries shopping , and you ending fixing Legal decisions.

They intentionally get you in trouble,aware of what they doing is wrong.
But they do it Anyways.

After a while I give them another chance to review them after a visit.
It went wrong sense the very beginning.
The Security guard Almost assaulted me.
Because I was caring a back pack.
He said he doesn't trust Mexicans.
Happens that I am a Creole person not Mexican.
And bless be the Mexican people
He was confused me with
100% DEFECATE, CRIMINAL, NASTY, BEHAVIOR.
TERRIBLE, AWFUL.
I WAS VICTIM OF CRIMINAL BULLYING BEHAVIOR, INSIDE THIS STORE.

I was in this store 5-29-22
Around 8:20

Out 8:47 PM.
Cashier was Taylor

Caring a
Silver Versace
Backpack.

While I was entering

I was confronted
By a police officer

That I need
to leave my backpack
At the front.
I had being
victim of robbery,-
I did refuse in the beginning
But , the police officer
Promise me to take care of that.
An I was ok with that.

Right next to me
Was a 20 something
years old
One African- American employee
Blue shirt, black pants
Wearing prescription glasses.

With a Breath
Smelling like Manure.

He asked me..how long would you take?
I replied, about 25 minutes.
He answered, well ,we about to close !
But ..the police officer responded.
Is ok go get your stuff !!

So ..I approach to shopping.
It took me about that time.

I was coming back
with only two items. -

And he still standing
At the cashier register. -
So.. I started a conversation.
Explaining, to him
my first amendment rights.
That I a believe
I have been profile , Politely .

But.. I'm a ear handicap
And I do speak Loudly.

I believe, you don't have to curse.
To make a statement.

This individual

Asked me
To be quite.

I said, Excuse me?
Who are you. -

He replied.

I'm The one
Who's going to assault you
(He used vulgar, nasty defecate language , criminal behavior).

He was ready to Attack me.

And I was ready
To Bear Spray his face.

But... The Manager , the police officer and a mix African- American woman, was holding him back.... because This vulgar Criminal
Was trying to assaulted me
This very same moment.

The manager, finally
Pulled him, outside
Trying to calming down..
This man is a Vulgar Criminal

I pay for the Items .
And in Red Alert
I was leaving the Building

The police officer
Trying to keep the control
In this very compromise moment.

He was very professional.
Respectful.

I keep my cool
And I walked out

Always great sale deals especially if you clip the coupons in their app. Super friendly staff! The only downside is that they usually only have one register open with a human, otherwise there are plenty of self checkouts, and usually if there is a problem there is a employee right there to help you.

Employee Yumeca is a great checkout lady, very helpful and friendly and they have a lot of clearance items like the Collin street bakery pecan cakes half off

I love this Kroger store. It is the best super market I have ever between to in my life. They donate tons of groceries to help the homeless through the Cathedral of Hope. It is a fun place to people watch. The pharmacy is usually pretty fast,

Well organized and stocked. The floor plan with the shelfing is genius. Manager/ theft protection as soon as you walk in? I couldn't tell he was in a suit so maybe manager. But armed guard at self check out for sure. Starbucks inside.

Good selection to grab food when your getting off late from work. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I had an amazing experience while checking out with a staff member named Queen today. I always have a pleasant experience at this location but today went above and beyond. Shopping with a child can be stressful especially during checkout however Queen made the experience so fun for my son! She was so bubbly and positive, and she treated my son like he was family in our short time checking out with her. Her smile and laughter were contageous! Thanks for a great experience, Queen!

Great store, great location, clean and well organized, love the self check out section so is easy in/out, you can find all the products most groceries stores have including organics and gluten free foods, great selection of wine and beer.

I had a totally different experience with Customer Service! There is a wonderful customer service rep resent it to us that works in a courtesy booth… her name is Daisy! Daisy is well mannered ,well spoken kind, patient & very competent! A total 360 from my last experience. I cannot give this young woman enough compliments

This is our neighborhood Kroger and we’ve been loyal clients since they first opened. While the staff and management have changed through the years, we always meet great employees there. Ms. Jacklin is one of those standout employees. Since we first met, she is always friendly and offers excellent service. We see her every week and even if her checkout line is the longest, we wait. Jacklin is like family now and we look forward to seeing her each week.

Now if they could get the locked and abandoned shopping carts under control, they’d be perfect.

Staff has been excellent during the pandemic. I use the pick up option often and am never at the store longer than 15 minutes. The app is very convenient and easy to use. I hate grocery shopping and this location has made my shopping experience safe, convenient and quick. Please be sure to thank the staff, they are true heroes!

Added bonus: it is said that grocery stores are a great way to meet a potential partner, and judging by the eye-candy, I'd say correct!

The staff is always very friendly. The store is always clean and smells lovely. There are plenty of staff to offer help if you need it. Their produce looks and taste great. The only problem i would say i have is that the pharmacy is slow no matter if your the first or last customer. No matter the time of day. They are polite as well just slow.

I love this store. The staff is awesome. The store is always clean. I ride the bus, and it's close to bus stops and also a light rail station. The store has a nice salad bar, and prepared foods counter. Self Checkout is a quick way to buy your items and get on your way.
