Animal Eye Specialists

We were referred to Animal Eye Specialists and Dr. Beaumont by our primary care veterinarian. Our pup had slowly been losing some vision and her eyes had that blue cast to it. We went to Animal Eye Specialists about two years ago and we started checking more often her vision with Dr. Beaumont. It became time to have the cataract surgery done on our pup. After seeing Dr. Beaumont for a few visits, we felt comfortable and confident in her abilities to restore our girl’s vision. She is an extremely healthy 13 and she passed the medical tests, we were very hopeful for a good outcome so she could enjoy her life with us. Needless to say, I was, was a bit nervous but our pup came through the surgery just fine. At the two weeks mark we went in for a checkup and she had developed an issue and Dr. Beaumont was quick to resolve that issue and even came in the day after Thanksgiving to make sure that our baby was doing great for the long holiday weekend. Above and beyond, and so appreciated. We just had our two-month post-surgery checkup and I swear Dr. Beaumont used the word perfect 20 times to describe our baby's eyes. She even said she looked younger! We are so grateful to each and every person at Animal Eye Specialists, especially Dr. Beaumont. Her manner bedside manner with the pups is fantastic but even better with the overprotective parents. The staff made everything extremely easy to get through that first week with all the medications and drops – it made it a lot less overwhelming! We are incredibly grateful and would recommend Dr. Belmont to anybody who needs to consider seeing an eye specialist for their fur a child.

The staff and Doctor Beaumont are fantastic! My big baby is terrified of the vet and they have been able to build a rapport with her to treat her condition. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone needing an eye specialist for their dog. Thank you to the staff and the doctor for excellent care.

Where do I begin? From the moment we entered this facility I knew we came to the right place. The calm and VERY clean environment had Roxxy, my 10.5 year old Olde English Bulldog at ease. The staff was so kind and attentive. ANYWAY, the most important thing was the level of care my baby received! Dr Beaumont did such a thorough and beautiful job removing the growth on her third eyelid. The healing was swift and without incident. Although I hope to never need her again, I would highly recommend her and this office to anyone needing an eye specialist for their furry friend.

After my 11 year old Shih Tzu experienced eye trauma we took him to an emergency vet clinic. After following up with our primary vet for multiple visits over a course of one month his eye was not making progress. I then found Dr Beaumont on the internet. I cannot begin to describe how professional and understanding the staff was even before I walked into the office. They reassured me that they would do all they could to treat my dog and help me better understand the complications. Dr. Beaumont continued this professionalism as she described her assessment and plan for treatment. Dr. Beaumont cured my dog within six days. I’m so grateful to Dr Beaumont and her staff. Doctor Beaumont is highly knowledgeable very professional and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Beaumont has treated my Sheltie for Corneal ulcers on both eyes but thank goodness it is well controlled with medication. My dog is feeling much better and will keep rechecking as recommended. The Staff are wonderful and caring. Thank you for taking care of my Miley.

Dr. Beaumont and her staff are great. We were very impressed with her expertise. They go the extra mile to make cats feel comfortable with a dedicated cat room. Even though there wasn't anything to be done for our foster cat, it was reassuring to have all our questions answered. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be more happier with my experience with Animal Eye Specialists. They went above and beyond to care for my fur baby. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend to anyone needing an animal eye doctor.

A couple months back our dog, Felipe, was diagnosed with Diabetes and not too long after did the Cataracts follow. When the cataracts had taken pretty much a good portion of his eyesight, you could tell he was no longer a puppy, he was quiet, unenergetic, and never wanted to do anything a dog would normally do.

We were first referred to Animal eye specialist by Banfield and not too long after we decided to go through with the surgery. Ever since then, his vision was restored to 100%. Ever since he got out of surgery, It literally feels like his age was rewound back 5-6 years! He wants to play, bark and get into the trash again(which believe or it not, you don't realize how much you miss it when they get to that point). He became our puppy again, and its incredible!

Dr. Beaumont and her staff are VERY knowledgeable and kind. What we also love is the fact that she always give us a summary of our visit on paper so that way when one of us is not able to attend the appointment, we can just hand each other that paper and wont have to struggle with reexplaining all that went on.

Overall, if you're on the fence with the surgery, we would recommend 100% to go through with it. It is on the pricey-er side yes, BUT it is seriously worth every single penny. They will work with you on everything to ensure the process goes a smooth as possible. We cant thank Animal eye specialists enough for what they've done for us and Felipe!!!

Our Rocco is back to handsome as ever after Dr. Beaumont repaired his cherry eye. Dr. Beaumont and all of her staff were so patient and caring with our anxious puppers. We are so very grateful for the expert care and his remarkable outcome.

Our very nervous dog never felt uncomfortable or anxious here. She had swelling in her cornea and the doctor was able to diagnose and provide an affordable treatment plan. Still the best part was the calm way she approaches my dog so she doesn’t get upset while getting her eyes examined.

Dr. Beaumont and her staff are great! I was so scared when our vet referred us as I wasn't sure what the mass could be on my dog's eyelid or how large of a surgery this would be. When I called they immediately set my mind at ease. They had already reviewed the records and explained that Dr. B does this type of procedure all the time. I was given an anxiety med for my dog in recovery in case the cone made her crazy. I never had to use it, but it was suggested to use before we came back for stitch removal. Well, I forgot since I hadn't needed it. But Dr. Beaumont and her staff were so kind and gentle, and my husky came through like a champ. I am so thankful for this specialist and her special staff!

Words cannot begin to describe how grateful I am. After a horrible experience with our vet at Banfield, we found ourselves having to look for a specialist. I was given a list of 5 Ophthalmology clinics and was calling around to see the soonest I could get Chance in. After calling all 5 to get a feel for the clinics, we chose Animal Eye Specialist! Whoever I talked to that day was the sweetest and was the main reason why I picked Animal Eye Specialist over the other 4 places.

Dr. Beaumont was a godsend. She is compassionate and comforting. When I first learned of Chance's diagnosis it was difficult for me and she gave me all of my options and her priority was to get Chance better. She was calm and understanding and I knew Chance was going to be in good hands. After Chance's surgery he started getting some pep back in his step and his incision looked amazing! It has been 2 weeks post surgery and Chance looks great and we got our stitches out today! If your baby is needing surgery Dr. BEAUMONT IS THE BEST.

Michelle is such a sweetheart and I love her upbeat energy. She helped answer my questions and is always gentle and loving with Chance. You have so much patience, especially the first day when I was hysterical. You comforted me and your positivity was something I desperately needed.

Quinn or Guinn, (I should know this... I am sorry!) You are so sweet and noticed I was commuting for Dallas. She looked up my address to see how far I would be from the Dallas location since they would be there around the time Chance would need his follow up! She is always smiling and I was shocked someone would take the time to do that.

I don't know the names of some of the other front office people, but they always greet with a huge smile and ask about your baby. The offices are clean and I would not go anywhere else. If your baby is needing an eye specialist this is the place to go!!!!

The best experience! The staff and Dr. Beaumont were awesome!!!!! My Sheltie got a very detailed exam and they were so gentle with her. Her eyes already shows signs of improvement .

I cannot communicate enough how exceptional our experience has been with animal eye specialists. Our eight year old dog was completely blind and Dr. Beaumont performed cataract surgery that completely recovered her vision. We have a whole new dog! It was worth every penny! In addition to our dog recovering her site the experience was fantastic. The office is wonderfully run, very efficient, and the staff could not be kinder or more professional. Their whole crew is a group of lovely people who are excellent at what they do. Highly highly recommend!

I really appreciate Dr. Beaumont and Carly took such good care of my 17 yr old dog with glaucoma. The whole team was engaged, knowledgeable and kind. I'm so grateful and highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience for a delicate surgery! Our dog had a large growth on her eye removed. The doctor and staff were kind and extremely efficient. The office is impeccably clean and welcoming. And, the results of the surgery could not be any better...she is even more beautiful now! Thank you, Animal Eye Specialists.
