I really enjoyed going to Georgie’s, the staff was very attentive, and Robert our waiter was incredible! My friend and I ordered the pink snapper, which was the best fish I’ve ever had in my life. We also got the potato churros with truffle sauce, which were amazing, I could eat them all day! The oysters, we got them dressed and undressed! Both were so so delicious! We finished off with the duck, the flavors were out of this world and very different! Thank you so much for the warm welcoming! I highly recommend everything I mentioned above and also the mushroom kingdom drink. 😊

Michael was our server and he absolutely elevated our experience. The service was outstanding and the food was little pockets of love in every bite!
Order the French soup consommé, scallops and their pasta filled with ricotta. Yum.

The restaurant was dimly lit so the pictures don’t even begin to show how scrumptious the food is here.

We tried Georgie’s for the first time last night and wow what an experience. It has a very cool ambience with the open concept of the kitchen and smooth curved design inside. We did the tasting menu, that comes with 6-courses and I think is a great idea so you can experience a lil bit of everything that they offer. It’s a must to try out over in the Knox area!

I took my father to this restaurant for his birthday last night and it was amazing! The food was great, would recommend the duck and pork chops (be knowledgeable of portions). The service was beyond excellent, from the warm welcome from the host, to the constant attentiveness from the waiter/waitresses. The music was great and they made my fathers night so special, 100% worth going to and I can’t wait to visit again!

This is by far my new favorite restaurant! My husband took me for Valentines day and we had the best time. Our waiter (cant remember his name) was exceptional- the food was the best food we have had in Dallas so far! I had the chicken and my husband had the pink snapper - if you need a good date night with excellent service and good food this is the place you want to go to!! Thank you, Georgie for the best night!

Impeccable brunch, came to take my father to his birthday brunch and it was spectacular. The service and ambiance are amazing. The food is next level, carefully curated and assembled. Extremely well paired and portioned. Georgie is fantastic….

I came here some time back and got the Tasting menu, Here are my thoughts.

The ambiance: The restaurant is in a nice location with plenty to see. The interior is a bit cramped but still nice.

The food: we got the tasting menu which was excellent. The dishes were very well crafted and mostly all came with an excellent touch. The new Zealand butter is served to all and is excellent. the tasting menu dishes were very well selected. We chose to also add on the tartare which was an excellent dish, I would highly recommend it. The main course was the steak which was well presented and paired with a nice side. The desert was phenomenal as were the appetizers.

Overall: I very much enjoyed Georgie and a taste of Georgie was a well priced menu that was filled with excellent dishes and nice palette cleansers. All in all our total came to about 110 a head and was well worth it. Georgie is so far one of the best menus I have had to opportunity to have in Dallas.

Wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and couldn’t have been more pleased. What an experience! Everything from the food to the outstanding service to meeting the chef was just superb. The attention to detail was something you don’t often find in the DFW area. Every last bite throughout the entire meal was memorable. You definitely want to get the raw oysters and onion soup when you’re here and the homemade fresh pasta will blow your mind.

Let me tell you...I was really impressed by everything from food to service, and pace of meal. We did the tasting menu which did include the Australian wagyu (the reason I wanted to come here) and it was all amazing from the starting bread and French butter to the dessert! The cocktails were on point and the wine had great variety. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing dinner at Georgie. Absolutely stunning dishes served by extremely knowledgeable and courteous servers. I highly recommend dining here. Seafood and meats are all cooked perfectly. The high talent of the chef team here and reputation of Curtis Stone certainly holds true.

I absolutely loved Georgie restaurant! It is exceptionally good, and Chef RJ, who hails from the French Laundry, brings his culinary expertise to every dish. If you have the chance to dine there, I highly recommend ordering the French onion soup, the gorgeous scallops ( almost too pretty to eat), the trout, tuna tartare, agnolotti and bread yes the bread is INSANE.

The ambience at Georgie is super sexy, with beautiful people and a super chic atmosphere. They are really pushing the boundaries and creating some incredible culinary experiences. I am thrilled that the chef has made the move to Dallas, as it brings a much-needed addition to the city's dining scene.

Not only is the food outstanding, but the service at Georgie is top-notch as well.

Oh, and if you happen to visit for brunch, make sure to order the chicken and waffles. It is next level. Trust me, you'll thank me later!

Also, the restaurant is a HUGE supporter of local farms and artisans.

Food was amazing. My family and I came for a late lunch on Sunday and they were able to squeeze us in without a reservation. I often go to Knox Bistro and La Bilbouqet (the sister restaurants to Georgie). This was my first time here and I'm so glad I finally tried it.

Recommendations would be the burger, the roast beef, chicken and waffles, and the blueberry marscapone french toast. Delicious brunch place. They also have a wonderful market to select meats.

The bloody mary comes with an oyster and caviar which was a nice surprise!!

Had been wanting to try this place since it is tied to Curtis Stone for a while. The service was great. Food quality was great. Decor was an interesting choice, but it was a good meal overall. Got the tasting menu to sample things. I felt like by far the best dish was the Sweet Corn Agnolotti. It was rich, creamy, and savory with crunchy bits on top. I could eat that every day. The Ribeye was a wonderfully cooked steak and I loved the Brocolini that went with it (I thought it was better than the potatoes). The Pink Snapper was a great fish dish with a nice crisp potato crust and a light lemon sauce. If you are going there, I'd highly recommend those dishes.

Food was amazing. William Perez recommended this place and I was not disappointed. The Bee Royal cocktail was amazing and I recommend it if you're a whiskey person.
The chicken and waffles was great, but different because the chicken wasn't deep friend. The seasoning matched perfectly with the syrup. As someone who is trying to be more healthy, this was a great dish.

Aside from the food, the weather and ambiance was great.

Calling this a steakhouse is a misnomer. Had it been just that we would never have gone. It is so much more. The creativity and no compromise excellence led to a spectacular evening,

Great service and well-executed dishes support some welcome creativity in the Dallas dining scene for a seasonally evolving menu that's worth more than one visit. The beverage program also shines, with great cocktail service, and sound guidance through a solid old world selection of wines. All this commands higher pricing, but the value for a fine dining experience is excellent.

I would order the Stracciatella, Pork Chop and Wagyu Coulotte again, but will be back to try more of the menu.

First of all, the service was top notch. Our party arrived 15 mins early. Host never not checked on us and even came outside in the cold to look for the party while we were just dozing off to explore the area. Our waitress went thru the menu thoroughly and even gave good recommendations on the menu for us to try. 2nd, food was heavenly delicious. Dry aged steak was on point. The perfect medium rare (could be even just as good as Nick and Sams !). Presentation of all dishes were eye catching and man… Caviar softly enhanced our eating experience here. Cocktails hit the spot ! Definitely will be back to dine again to try new dishes

My friends and I enjoyed our visit to Georgie. The great service started at the valet and continued through the whole experience.

We ordered drinks at the bar while we waited for our friends and the bartenders were busy but still took the time to give their full attention to us! The waitress took us through a culinary experience and we trusted her recommendations. The burratta and sausage were perfect appetizers and the house bread was epic. The boys enjoyed their steaks and the cook was perfect. I had the stripped bass and scallops and the flavor was delicious.

The wine sommelier was able to recommend a great bottle of champagne. He was able to explain the choices with excellent knowledge and was very personable.

I cannot wait to come back!

Dallas has a new 'Must Dine' spot!
We happened upon Georgie for dinner on a Monday night. Unusually busy for 7pm, we secured a table and were immediately struck by the hip 70s vibe of the decor.
Menus were offered and cocktail orders were taken.
We opted for the $90 Five Course Tasting. With all of the creative menu offerings, this is the way to go on your first visit. The drinks were creative, the food, AMAZING. Service and timing are still a little off - the restaurant has only been open 2 weeks - so I can overlook that. I predict that by Christmas, bookings will be difficult to secure. This is the new 'IT' place to be. We are going back to celebrate a birthday later in December. The staff, while still finding their footing, was pleasant, helpful, and attentive. There is a bright future for this new Knox/Travis Walk dining district gem! Cheers!

One of the finest dining experiences we have had in all of Dallas. The service, the food, the wine, was exceptional, beyond 5 star. The service explained each bottle of wine and course of food to the detail, it was not just order and eat, it was an experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a one of a kind night.
