Bistro 31

As they say in their name, it's a European style restaurant and after having just come back recently from Europe, I can say that they've done a very good job, with of course a bit of Texas flair in terms of the service and food.

To be honest, I came for the burger as I hadn't had a real good burger in Europe (American beef really is better) and heard that Bistro 31 has some of the best in town. They didn't disappoint and the burger was well cooked, well formed with a patty that wasn't too thick or thin, not overly greasy, and stacked with fresh vegetables with care.

The clam linguine was also spot one and one of the best I've had in Dallas. The Caesar salad came with real pamigiano reggiano.

That said, they are a bit pricey, but guests probably already are aware of that given it's location in one of the high-end shopping centers in all of Dallas.

The servers were very attentive. The food was amazing! The desserts were great. Definitely make time to visit them!!!

Excellent restaurant in classy Highland Park Village. Michael was fantastic not only getting us in on short notice, but also in showing us hospitality when we arrived. Erick was an awesome waiter. At least 4 staff members checked on us throughout the meal. The food was great and the prices were honestly not bad considering the location. Although we went there for dinner, they also serve brunch which I can only imagine must be fantastic as well. Highly recommend - whether you’re looking to take a dinner date, friends or family you can’t go wrong with Bistro 31.

We were sat at a timely manner, but due to poor communication. It took us a while to be served by our server, but the minor incident was quickly situated by the manager and throughout the rest of our dinner. He compensated us by offering our desserts which we accepted. Overall, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The foods were up par along with the service— would definitely be coming back here!

My first visit was for one of my friend’s birthday dinner. Needless to say, we had an amazing experience. Great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend the lobster bisque, adding blackened salmon to any pasta and trying the sticky toffee cake for dessert.

Delicious food and good portion sizes. Great ambiance for girls brunch or a romantic dinner date. Fast and friendly staff. Dress code is business casual. Expect to spend at least $30. Drink selection is not my favorite they could have more options.

Friday lunch was quite busy. We were there by reservation. We ordered lemon linguini and steak frites to share for two people. They’ve done a good job split the food in half with great presentation. The linguini is so creamy with a tasty jumbo prawn. Perfection with not salty. The steak is grilled to be the right cooked. Great experience!

I was here for a baby shower. The staff was professional. fulfilling any request quickly and courteously. The food was good but then I had the hamburger and skinny fries which I love. The chicken option seemed dry and flavorless. The bar drinks were well made and all in all it was wonderful.

Business lunches in the center of Highland Park Village are always welcomed. Bistro 31’s dynamic atmosphere made for an enjoyable lunch. We accomplish more when we’re happy🤩. Our server Eric provided exceptional service and was very accommodating. Are you in the mood for French, Spanish or Italian flavors? Explore Bistro 31’s menu. Choosing the Grilled Salmon was a wonderful selection. It was cooked to perfection and the Basque Cheesecake with Berry Thyme Compote was the perfect finish. Parking can be somewhat challenging around lunchtime. Be prepared to either valet or enjoy a lovely walk.

We loved this restaurant!

Quaint cafe that gives you the feeling of a French cafe with an eclectic menu. After a day of shopping this lovely place was a welcome retreat. Our host Eric was wonderful and knowledgeable about the menu, drinks and happy, which is a fantastic experience because people who love what they do make you experience so much more rewarding.

The seasonal soup was black eyed peas and I will tell you it was delicious! The frittura with different fried seafoods, amazing and the presentation on our main dishes was in a class by itself.

This is a gem of a place and you will find something you love from your first visit. I highly recommend stopping by!

I recently visited Bistro 31 and had an incredible experience! The atmosphere was neat and inviting, and the customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my dining experience was memorable.

And the food and drinks? Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying the margarita - it was one of the best I've ever had. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, and everything I tried was prepared with care and skill.

Overall, I can't recommend Bistro 31 enough. Whether you're looking for a great place for a date night or a casual night out with friends, this bistro is definitely worth checking out. With top-notch service, delicious food and drinks, and a cozy atmosphere, it's a true gem in the community. Five stars all around!

Yeah, this is the one. It is located in a nice location, the waitress was funny, honest, and very kind. The environment is great and welcoming. Lighting felt weird, especially after some wine, but wasn't bad. I was really satisfied with the appetizer which was octopus, and the wine went down very well.
I do not exactly recall the name of our entrees, but they were specials (roasted salmon and a pasta). The good tasted really good. I and very happy with what the restaurant offered, and it is certainly somewhere I look forward to returning to very soon.

This is a marvelous restaurant where casual and high style mix in comfort. The menu has something for everyone, but pay attention to the daily specials. The lobster salad, lamb meatballs, steaks, fish specials, branzino are all fantastic. So is the people watching. Michael, the manager, makes every guest feel special. We have dined high and low in Dallas for four decades and this restaurant is a jewel in the crown. Don't think twice, just go to Bistro 31.

Easily one of our favorites for lunch or dinner. The entire team is always on point producing delicious food and amazing service. Such a consistently well orchestrated dining experience led by Micheal and Henry. So grateful to have this resource in our neighborhood. We visited after 6 months and still delicious. Tatjana served us great 👍. This time the tiramisu was great as dessert.

💞This is it. And I came back. Well, I had to. If you had the worst experience at next door restaurant in the Highland village. You must come to Bistro 31. Because they know how to treat you better. They are the best restaurant in Highland villages area.

On the first visit, I came here for an Instagram picture (of course) and I met Ashely for our waitress. She has this cute bowtie 🎀 in her hair. And she was the strongest person I've ever seen in and out. She treated us the best service that night and I even remember until now. You know sometimes a person’s impression matters.

On our second visit today, I came back with my husband. I determined that this restaurant is the one. I'm not talking about the quality of food. Of course, the quality of food is legit. (very delicious!!!) If you ever visit this restaurant twice, you will see how these people work hard. As a local guide, I've been to so many different places. So I can confidently say that this restaurant is the best all-inclusive restaurant. 👍🏻
