These guys are alway so nice and kind and most importantly, extremely helpful!!

Kind, friendly, caring techs here for the most part. Go the extra mile of personal phone call reminders, and making sure to familiarize you with your scripts. Never encountered a line or wait. The one drawback is they only have banking hours, not open on weekends. So have to work around that.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was having issues with my insurance and prior authentication and the staff was so kind and walked me through every step to be sure everything got sorted out and I didn’t get charged out of pocket. Such an awesome resource.

I found this pharmacy while trying to get a specialty Rx filled. The staff was so great to work with. They provided prompt communication and assistance throughout the process and beyond. I have never had this attentive service before. It was a wonderful experience.

Experts! Friendly staff wouldn’t go anywhere else for my specialty meds

My eye dr accidently sent my prescription here instead of the Walgreens on the corner, when I called a woman staff member answered and explained to me this is more of a specialty pharmacy, and they had sent the RX to the Walgreens on the corner since they carried it so I could get it faster. While I was on hold to check the status of my rx at the other Walgreens, she called me back to let me know she spoke with the staff at the other Walgreens and when my rx would be ready for pick up. She went above and beyond for me even though I would ultimately not be their customer. I'm very grateful and impressed.

The service here is very unorganized. I asked for a pharmacist to ask a quick question, the guy told me I would have to wait because there was 9 people ahead of me (those people were here to pick up meds not talk to pharmacist) so I grabbed something else I go to front line poor girl in the front is frustrated because she's getting no help, no one else is aneurysm phones but her (mind you that there was 5 people working the floor) and when I played they called someone to where I needed help by then I was already on the way out. Really bad service, the lady in the front counter was the only one doing great.

They continuously call me about getting my rx filled, but when I show up it’s never ready. They also continuously fail to run my insurance. I have to ask them every single time to apply it which takes even more of my day up.
