My service call was for a leaking shower and a faulty toilet handle, but when Troy and Taylor arrived, they did a thorough review of the faucets, toilets and water heater assembly. Troy noticed that the pressure and temperature line to the water heater in a cramped space was using pipes hooked together at right angles. He said this was dangerous and the assembly could burst under pressure. I appreciated their professionalism and detailed information regarding safety, cost, replacement part availability and timing. Excellent service.

My upstairs thermostat lost power overnight the day before Memorial Day. I called Public Service Plumbers and they were able to immediately send Noel out to my house on the holiday. He arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional. Noel quickly diagnosed the issue that a power surge fried the circuit board in the furnace. Despite widespread power outages and emergencies caused by recent storms, Noel returned the following day and quickly installed the new circuit board. My AC is working great now, and I will continue to call Public Service Plumbers for future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Jacob came out inspecting not only previous work that had been done (a new sump pump) but also problem areas- drips, slow drainage, and and poor faucet pressure which was actually due to the faucet itself.i chose to have the slow drain cleared out and Jacob got it draining to perfection. Am very satisfied with the work and Jacob’s kindness and professionalism in keeping the area clean.

Clint was nothing short of wonderful. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable in regards to what he told me. He gave me several options. He didn't make me feel as though he was rushing me. He manipulated his computer to give me instant prices. I couldn't have asked for anything more from Clint. I rate him 5 stars. I would have been pleased to have a person of his caliber work for me. Thanks Clint for a job well done.

After my AC unit stopped cooling, I called Public Service Plumbers. Their HVAC technician, Noel, was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my issue and gave me different solutions to fix the issue, each of which were very fairly priced. The next day, Noel and his team installed a new 5-ton furnace in my attic. I’m very pleased with the service I received and will continue to use Public Service Plumbers for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

We had a leak under a faucet in the master bathroom around the piece where the water lines come in. The cause was a bad gasket. The cold water shut off was also leaking if it wasn’t completely open. Clint replaced both the hot and cold shut offs and was able to track down a replacement gasket of the correct size. Now it all works without any leaks. Clint was competent, friendly, and professional.

It was after hours and my sewer was backed up. I didn’t have any usable bathrooms. Clint showed up at 8:30 PM and immediately went to work. He was courteous, respectful, and professional. I asked him how far he had to drive. He said 45 minutes and he was happy to be here to get me fixed up. What a breath of fresh air to have this type of customer service especially after hours. At 9:05 PM, he was finished, thanked me for my service and gave me a Veterans discount. I will definitely keep this company phone number for future plumbing needs.

Troy & Taylor were the consummate pros. While installing a new hot water heater, they went above & beyond the call and found a very dangerous and long-standing problem in our ventilation system, communicated with us, addressed it, stayed late, and found solutions and did so under the anticipated budget. Jason and Tyler were great today - working to test both sump pumps. Thorough and efficient, while providing an easy-to-understand explanation of the process. Jason has also installed a gas lamp for me in the past. Always a pro.

Christian arrived to fix our kitchen drain pipes leaks on time as promised. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problems quick and accurate. He gave us estimation what's involved and the cost would be. After we agreed the replacements of strain and pipe unit, Christian expertly installed and fixed the problem.
