It has a perfect location!! Very clean and very organized. Large selection of product goods. Only issue is parking. To be fair, all parking sucks in Snider Plaza. That is the only issue. Great service!! The staff were friendly and helpful!!

The deli sandwiches we ordered were perfect and the pickup person was very friendly. Very high quality fruits and produce as well.

“Professional” grocery store shoppers may think this location is too small, but I think it is just right. Plenty of selection and shelves are restocked regularly. You can use the parking lot as a barometer to know if it is going to be too crowded. Friendliest pharmacist in town.

This is a great boutique grocery store. They have all the new foods and products that you want to try plus all the regular foods too. The staff is very personable and many of the employees at this Tom Thumb remember your name and go out of there way to help you. The floral department always has the prettiest flowers (which look like they came from a florist). The Store Manager Randy is excellent and he really cares about his customers.

This has been my small neighborhood grocery store for over 25 years. The really perfect thing about this store is how hard they try to serve the people in the surrounding neighborhood. I have Lupus and I’m on the AIP protocol...no dairy, grains, nuts, eggs, sugar...well, you get the picture. I can’t always take the time to run to Whole Foods, but more and more my little Tom Thumb carries everything I need. Not only that, but the manager asked me if there were things they were missing that he could order for me! Their selection is exceptional, their customer service the best and friendliest in the Dallas area, and the flowers always looking like a high end florist moved into their space! Bravo, Snider Plaza Tom Thumb, Bravo!

Five stars for a generic grocery store? Seems a bit exaggerated, perhaps, but they do carry a variety of somewhat non-generic items.
For example, I love diet tonic water; there’s nothing obscure about those goods. This store had several options as opposed to merely one, including a small variety of 4-packs of tiny cans and glass bottles. Also had a low sugar vanilla soda; dreadful stuff—but this vast suburban store stocked it.

The store's staff is very kind and knowledgeable of the stores selection, and it has an excellent selection. Even the customers are nice. I lost my phone inside the strore, and a customer turned it in, and the employees returned it to me promptly!

Store is always clean and stocked well, staff is helpful and friendly, parking lot is always clean. Can sometimes be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot when Snider Plaza is packed due to traffic and people taking up parking spots

While the store is small in comparison to other Tom Thumbs, it is a great place to stock up on basics. The staff is polite and courteous and I’ve been going here for almost 10 years.

Clean store that has all the basics even though it is small. There is even a small section of organic produce. Parking can be a bit tight in the lot in front of store.
