Great experience, ICC did suspension work on my Volvo. When the job ran over the initial time estimate they informed me and said their emphasis was getting it right, I did not complain. They did excellent work and I will return for future service. Donnie, the GM, was very professional as was the staff. The owner even took a few minutes to talk to me and make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

They used to work on my Mercedes and now are working on my Audi. They are efficient, timely and honest. I’ll recommend them each time.

MY experience was great they fixed my light, the only thing I was disappointed in was that they was unable to fix my sunroof. But they treated me well.

Love this place! Ihave a Jaguar XKR- and have taken it to Jag and to Import Car Care Grapevine - i will only go to ICC now. They could help me when Jag couldn’t.

Took my Maserati here for an oil change and had a good experience. Had appt for 9am over email, and I took the car in at 8:27am. At around 9:32am, they took the car around the block. Car was done at 9:44am. In total, paid $316 for oil change, 9qt oil, oil filter, and 44k injection cleaner. They also did a multi point inspection (tire thread, brake depth, etc), reset warning lights, washed the car too (cool gesture there). Nice, friendly people. Will probably bring my car back.

If you have an import car, this out of warranty, 1 day you need to contact these guys.
They will take care of you. And you will not feel any difference than being at the dealer.

I recently brought my Mercedes Gl450 in for an air suspension malfunction issue. Mike was friendly, direct and answered all questions I had. The price they quoted was high, though surely lower than dealer. They fixed the issue and the service was very good and thorough.

great service, they were pretty cool and the got the job done within a day so can’t complain. Also they fixed my windows they would go down a little when rolled up, an didn’t charge extra for it. I actually will be back there for sure. sorry for my bad review before oil light came on when I picked it up an the back seat wasn’t put on all the way but it turned off after a couple hours maybe a bad sensor and the back seat I just clicked back into place. overall I’m thankful they used quality parts, were really nice, and got the job done in a timely fashion👍🏽🙏🏽

Import Car Center is great! I have brought my cars (Jaguars and Range Rovers) to them for about 10 years. They are always efficient and communicate really well.

This was the first time I took my Mercedes Benz to ICC, which needed the A-1 service. I was really impressed with this place. I especially like their communication via text/email summarizing all the findings and recommended actions. Jason communicated well via phone and email and even washed my car as a courtesy. I highly recommend ICC for your European vehicle. The staff was very pleasant and had an open line of communication. Jason was very clear of what my car needed and the cost was reasonable. I have to say when I drove it off their lot, it was like driving a new car! Thanks guys, job well done!

Great shop for European cars, they sure know their Bimmers & Mercedes. Had a differential bushing replaced on my 535i, excellent quality work, reasonable price and they were able to deliver the car on the estimated time.
To make it more convenient for customers, they could improve their hours (Start earlier on the day and/or open weekends).
Increase staff to have more availability since I've had difficulty in finding appointment for same or next day.
