Plato's Closet Fulshear

I am a seasoned vet when it comes to thrifting and I rarely write reviews or give 5 stars but this Plato’s deserves both. I by chance came across this location and had a gang load to sell and was lucky enough to Catch the last day of the clearance sale.. The buying process was fast and fair and the items I found to purchase were amazing!!! I dealt with the owner and Michael, a new hire who was in training. They were both super friendly and the whole vibe was welcoming and fun and the epitome of an exceptional customer service experience as well as operating with a customer-centric approach to the business. I can’t wait to come back and get some Fall and Winter gear:-) ✌

This Platos has always been pretty good for me. I've found some super cute items I wouldnt have been able to find elsewhere for a great price. Also, in regards to selling - you really have to know what they are looking for. Being that their sale prices are so low, you have to expect they cannot pay out a ton for your clothes. Both Zoe and Desire have been wonderful when helping me with buying or selling.

I've gone to this location twice, a year apart and never had any "bad" or "racist" encounters. For those saying they're not getting much for their items, though it's true they'll offer you a minimal amount (after personal experiences), you can't expect to be given almost a full refund for your WORN items 💀
The location has always had a couple things I've bought at VERY reasonable prices. I'm planning on going more often, even though it is an hour away. The management staff has been nothing but helpful, respectful and kind when I've gone. I'll pass up at least 4 Plato's before getting here, but it's worth it!

It’s a newer Plato’s. I like that they took most of the stuff I tried selling to them. Employees were very nice and friendly. It seemed like they had some good clothes in there to buy, but I only sold clothes when I went. I would return to buy sometime.

Very Clean and organized store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection for thrift.

Overall the store is managed very well, especial when compared to other Plato’s locations.

This store is literally the definition of southern hospitality. The staff are friendly and I love the fact that there women. Everyone helps and are well mannered. You guys are truly the best Plato’s in this area.

The styles of clothing for men and women that they have to offer are always on TREND! The staff is super friendly and very engaging, not too mention they always have the cutest outfits put together in their window displays for you to shop! Their Manager Anita Julian is awesome!!!!!!! She is extremely polite, and always greets you with a friendly smile and hello, as soon as you walk in! I really like that Anita greets guests by their name as well, it adds a personal touch thats so welcoming! When it comes to selling back items they are really fair! you really have to pay attention to what "they're buying at the time" so you won't get disappointed! Plato's buys at their discretion, and at whats in season! Which really helps!I love this location, by far my favorite Platos in Houston! Great prices, and GREAT STAFF!

One of my best plato experiences! Karie was so nice and sweet. Not only did she have great customer service skills, but she actually looked through the clothes. This was awesome because i noticed at the other locations they just kind of ruffle through your items and don’t actually look at them. Thank you Karie for being so awesome!

Pretty great! Went here after the Katy location didn't accept any of my clothes, and this one accepted a large number of items. I walked away with ~50 dollars from old middle school Levi's and mall brand shirts. Depending on your own clothes this location might work better for you. Katy's manager said they're accepting more Urban Outfitters stuff.
Really cool selection too, and you can exchange the credit from your old clothes for stuff you find in the store- or take it as cash. There's also a funky dessert place next door called Mystic Dessert that has the wildest decor.

Was worried going here with older reviews, but the staff is AMAZING! Sweetest employees, helpful, outgoing even got a few compliments. The clothes were very organized, dressing rooms were clean, checkout was a breeze, and selling to them was FAST! I defiantly will make the trip to shop here again.

Hidden treasure behind Texas Borders. This branch is cleaner and more organized than the branch on Mason road. Also more spacious. If I had to nitpick, I wish they had chairs for husbands & fathers.

Very nice thrift store! I found a few pants my style and my exact size (30/30) for $12 each! The men's section is still fairly limited though. Overall great store!

This store is such a gem! I find some of the cutest pieces that I never find anywhere else that are perfect for my wardrobe, and the prices are so great! They also have a ton of cute purses that come in. Love this store.

I recently discovered Plato's Closet. This place is AMAZING! I found so many cute clothes at this location. I literally have to restrain myself from coming here because I always find a multitude of things every time I go.

Everytime I've been here it's been pleasant, I'm very picky about my clothes but I always find a handful of stuff I love. I'm glad to have this place near home. I'll be returning soon!

Low cost, fashionable items. I always leave with the best deals. Brand name fashion worth hundreds of dollars, sold for sometimes 75% less than their retail value. Amazing.

Very friendly staff and managers I took a friend her to take sandles and tshirts for a little cash to feed her kids..well they dont take sandles but they did help her out by accepting the tshirts..thanks again Plato's closet Stafford location u guys r the best..i will b back soon💯💯

THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I buy the cutest clothes ever there I used to hate it there whn my mom would take m but now my style has changed and i would rather go there than the mall... The only problem is they suck at buying your stuff sometimes but they still have really great stuff!!!
