Whataburger

omgoshhhhh!! I just came from here and ordered extra Mayo on my burger and they understood the assignment. thank you guys :3 I had a good night thanks to this burger. (Don’t look at the Mayo in the back I still added more)

I compare this Whataburger to the one in Beaumont, Texas. It is great and have a lot of young kids working there and they're very respectable. My food was hot and fresh as usual. I really enjoyed myself. Thank you. Have a great day

My recent visit to Whataburger was fantastic. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff went above and beyond by changing our order to the food we love. When the food is hot and fresh, theirs no better bang for your buck in fast food. From spicy chicken to the classic number 1, they got it all.

It's a Texas institution. Honest burger with no frills, just as you would expect. The drink lids can be loose sometimes so make sure you have a good grip on your drink or you'll be wearing it. They actually have an honest to goodness blt now so if you've been looking them hit them up. I really liked the banana flavoured milkshake.

Good fast food option. Only issue is when ordering online, they always forget some of the requested food items. They need to pay more attention as happen very frequently, other than that all ok.

I visited this Whataburger location(Katy Fwy near Pin Oak) during Teacher Appreciation week May 2023, and each morning I received The Best friendly and courteous service as a walk in customer. I was even given a complementary cup of coffee and a cookie one morning along with the already free breakfast sandwich offered. Thank you ma’am!

The Operating Manager Sam Award was out helping his staff get the orders out. Thank you. I guess he knows when help is needed the most. There was a long line of people and a lot of people sitting in inside dining in. Thank you again for having a great crew of people working for you to get the orders out. Keep up the good work. I live near Sugar Land and I was just passing through. I look forward to visiting your restaurant again.

So worth waiting for. We stopped in coming nack to Houston from San Antonio. This is our 2nd or 3rd time stopping in to this location on Mason Rd in Katy, Tx. Food is great and the service was superb at first until our most recent visit. Little children working there (ok they are teens, but act like children) sitting there being loud and cursing. Another employee told him to stop and of course he did not. So, minus a star. Otherwise I would recommend.
