Bush's Chicken

We love Bush's Chicken. Sad that they brought it to AZ, then closed down their locations. At least we got to stop here in New Braunfels to get our fix. Everything we've tried here is good. Food is always hot and made to order. They are very nice and pleasant. Just wish they would come back to AZ!

I wrnt through the drive-through, which was different. There was no speaker system. It was a live person taking orders. Very nice and professional.

First time here. Service was great not too busy fries and tea was decent tenders were hot bathroom decent

Left out my jalapeños & didn't cancel one of my orders n got charged.
Tried calling them & phone # doesn't work!!!

Great place with super friendly folks at Bush's. I eat lunch there once a week and always fast service with a smile. I like the tender rolls with Bush's unsweet tea. Soft butter roll with a fat chicken tender. I get 2 for a perfect lunch.

I gave Bush's 5 stars because the chicken is really good. However, they don't have the pricing listed outside and the order takers don't tell you how much your order is before asking for your credit card for payment. This I find a bit troubling.

The quality of the food is great. Taste delicious. Love the Mac and cheese, its never to runny or dry, it's perfect. The employees are always nice and courteous. Restaurant is always clean and very comfortable. Never have to wait for my food. I love this place. My husband and I could literally eat here everyday cause of all the qualifications I mentioned earlier.

This Bush's Chicken has really impressed me with their customer friendly attitude. They are on target in making customers feeling welcomed and ready to meet their needs.
Spoke with management and he was on top of things handling business in order to satisfy customers.
I'm glad we can come here and feel the love from all the employees.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat the buffalo fries are the best. Their sweet tea is definitely in the top 5 around sitting around #2. You can't go wrong with anything from here so get in your car and go get you some!

My family never tried before, but this place does not disappoint. The chicken was hot and fresh. The crew were very attentive to our needs. Definitely will go back.

They have the best fried chicken in town. Not to mention their livers and gizzards are a family favorite. Their drive through system is very efficient and quick. With three lines, and employees at your window taking your order, there is no 30 minute wait to place your order.

I've been going there since the first day they opened. I'm never disappointed. Everything is good.

Haven't been to many Bush's Chickens, but I would go back after being at this location. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Customer service is right up there near Chick-fil-A at this location. Food was good and fresh. When my food was brought to me, the manager said, "The strips are a little small today, so we put an extra one on there for you." So much initiative and willingness to see customers have good experiences. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

I love Bush's chicken. It isn't the cheapest, but it is the best. The tenders are perfectly crispy, flaky, and juicy. They are good sized, too. The bone-in chicken is where it's at though. It is what I would consider perfect. For all y'all weirdos (only kidding, I'm too "chicken" to try them), they have livers and gizzard. And they are not skimpy with them. The only weird thing is their drive through system. There are three lanes, with one for drinks only. An employee comes up to your car and takes your order, packs it up, rings it up and brings your food to you. So feel free to tip. These kids work hard.

My bff had me craving Bush's Chicken for about a week and a half. I am not from the area, but decided to go here. I made a big mistake. The baked chicken, (or I think it was), was greasy and the majority was all fat. Only thighs and breasts, no drumsticks/legs available ever for baked chicken, and no biscuits, what!? How can you sell chicken without biscuits!? SMH.

I personally did not like this chicken. I went to KFC to get my biscuit, but before tasting the food. I should have stuck to what I know and ordered at KFC....bad bff.

My ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating is for Jacob. Go Jacob!!! 🤗 He had a smile when he greeted me and throughout our interaction. This was my first purchase at a Bush's Chicken. He explained the menu for me with kindness and patience. I was going to give him a nice tip, but I didn't have any cash on me. I told him I was going to give him this review, (didn't mention the tip). 😉 I will go back this weekend and surprise him. Ssshhh!!! 🤫 It was so windy outside and you could tell he was cold, but that face still had that smile. 😊 I hope Bush's Chicken appreciate Jacob. He cares about his customers. Let's cheer for him and ask his boss for a raise!

My opinion is what it is, but judge for yourself. We like different foods. This might be a hit for you, but it was not for me.

I drive through here frequently because you cant beat a bag of crushed ice for 1.00! I also drive through here frequently for the experience I have had every single time with Carl! Yesterday I pulled into the drive through and waited a few minutes, then 2 cars pulled behind me and a young employee walked out and went to the other 2 cars to take their orders even though I had been sitting there much longer. Carl came out and asked if i had been helped and I told him "no" I could see the disappointment in his face as he apologized and took my order. I have had quite a few bad experiences with some of the other employees there but every single time Carl has made it more than right! 5 stars are for him and him only! He is truly the definition of customer service!

So i can say that ive had good food on each visit and for the most part my orders are correct but the service i recieved on my last visit was just disturbing. The lady that came to the csr took my order and didnt have much to say and when she brought it to the car she pushed the bag in my window and walked away looking very disappointed and angry as i said to her that i needed ketchup she kept walking and went inside. She was very rude. Its almost like she saw i wasn't going to tip her and all of the sudden she had no interest in me. I could be wrong but it felt that way .so hopefully the food continues to be good and hopefully the attitudes will get better ...it just makes an uncomfortable situation. If ur expecting tips for a job that ur required to do then go be a waitress at a restaurant where tips are left...
