I've been here three times before and had a horrible experience with the pharmacy but today all three staff inside the pharmacy was absolutely nice and a big help.
A lady with rainbow hair and a female African American pharmacist were absolutely the best. Thanks

I am a Typle 1 diabetic with several other chronic illnesses requiring prescriptions. Finding this pharmacy was a God send. I've used them for 7 years, including 2 years I lived in San Antonio and 2 now in Schertz. The app makes it even better!!!! I have NEVER had another pharmacy come close to how efficient and friendly this one is. Once I called 10 minutes before closing, and they offered to fill it If I could make it before they closed. I can only imagine all the paperwork and extras they have to do for me that I know nothing about. They handle every detail and keep me posted when there is a complication. The pharmacists answer the phone themselves and go above and beyond to answer questions. They truly take a huge load off of me. I've seen people go to pick up a script at HEB find out they needed a pre auth and not only were they never told HEB made them handle it. When Walgreens let's me know I need a pre auth, they have already sent requests. I call insurance as soon as I know because most can be done by me in one call. Obviously I can't praise them enough.

Typical Walgreens. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes to get a wedding card. Cashier was quick ringing me up.

You can usually go in get what you need and get out. Most times there's little wait at checkout.
