AT&T Store

I have no words to describe the wonderful experience I had with this AT&T store. The manager and the rest of the crew have an incredible servant, caring heart. I am thankful to GOD for hearts that are willing to walk the extra mile to help you unconditionally. YOU ALL ROCK!!!

We went into this location on Monday to buy a new iphone. We were greeted and helped by Marahia. She was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and got my new phone all set up. Thank you Marahia for all of your help!

Well customer service doesn't get much better then what I experienced at this AT&T location. Veronica and her staff are something to behold when it deals with having to fix a problem with my phone on Friday afternoon. Even though we personally dealt just with Veronica, to hear, and see her staff taking care of other costumers around me, it was easy to see why this store is so highly reviewed. Will 10 out of 10 recommend anyone needing help with their AT&T account, phone, or anything related AT&T to to this location. Doesn't matter if you aren't an a current AT&T customer, if you walk into this store I guarantee you will walk about feeling better then you walked in. Thank you for all of your help Veronica. I will be back.

The representative that helped us this past Saturday at around 1:30 was exceptional. I had a phone emergency. My phone was about to die on its battery and was not charging any longer. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, resourceful, and had exceptional customer service. I walked out of there with a new phone and all my information transferred over. He was Heaven sent.

I came into to the store to upgrade my current phone to a newer model, and Felipe the store rep, was able to help me through the process and even showed me a new phone plan that would continue to offer what I needed but for a few dollars less. All in all, great service. 👍

came into this location and was greeted immediately by the manager Alyssa which did an extraordinary job helping me with issues I was having with my phone. I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs. The manager and her staff are amazing .

Seth and everyone in the store has been super helpful every time I come in with an issue. They are always willing to help and give the best customer service possible. Every customer was served in a super timely manner with a smile on the associate’s face. Good job guys!

My husband and I came by last week to upgrade my phone.
Nick helped us and provided the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. Nick was so friendly and just found a common interest with my husband they chatted about movies etc and I had to leave because my baby was antsy but I picked my husband up when they were finished. Nick realized that AT&T customer service over the phone had messed up our account when they added our watches etc. He bent over backyards to fix it and get Ben to credit our account because we had been overpaying.
We are so grateful for Nick and what an asset he is to AT&T. Thank you so much Nick!!

The manager here (I believe Veronica was her name) is the best I highly highly recommended anyone to go here. They just opened and I was expecting some kid who didn’t know anything but she took care of us. We were there over 2 hours and even about a hour after they closed and it didn’t bother her. She found the best deal and ended leaving with 2 new phones for $80 down payment (was gonna he close to $780). If I could give more stars I definitely would, I will most certainly be going here from now on compared to the store across town that shewed me away because they couldn’t sell me the newest latest phone.

My husband n I purchased 2 new cell phones yesterday with Nick n Veronica and it was the best experience we have EVER had regarding our ATnT services. I can tell you for a fact this is the BEST service we have ever received regarding our cell phones and any other dealings with ATnT. We will only work with this location for all our needs. Finally got my my new i-phone 13 for 5 dollars per month for 36 months. No hassle, was in and out in 30 mins, staff very helpful and patient with me. They have more cell phone choices too on display compared to San Antonio and 2 AT&T San Marcos location. Other places either run out of the phone I want or they do not know this deal I got even though it was online. Staff here are more knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place. Im from San Marcos and Im glad I drove to this location 😃

The Store Manager, Veronica is the best! She is knowledgeable about the products and a genuinely friendly, honest person.
This store is further away from my home than the Creekside location but because of the ineptness, and rudeness of the staff there I will drive that extra distance.

Great store and vibes :) Martin helped me switch over from Verizon and got me a great iPhone deal , he even switched over all my apps, photos and contacts from my android device , very charming guy . I definitely recommend this store ✌

I was in there last week getting new phones for my wife and I. The customer service we received from Veronica and her staff was incredible. I’ve been an AT&T customer for years and have never had this level assistance and support. To everyone at the store thank you for going the extra mile for us. It is very much appreciated. From now on I’ll just wait until I’m in New Braunfels to resolve all of my phone issues. Have a wonderful day.

I have been affiliated with AT&T as an employee at times and always as a customer for the last decade and my visit to Veronica’s store today was the best retail experience I’ve ever had with AT&T. Veronica and her staff were extremely easy to work with, attentive, friendly, and made my experience absolutely amazing. The store was spotless, not a single empty accessory peg in the store (I can’t help but notice that LOL) I will do all my business at this location going forward. I know from experience that Veronica has an awesome and long career ahead of her!

Veronica and Sandra at AT&T in New Braunfels are amazing! Both ladies and the team of reps know how to conduct business all while making sure to take care of all your needs! I went in with some device problems and as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and prioritized right on queue. I explained my situation and expressed my frustrations with my devices and they went to work right away on taking care of my problem! They sympathized and went out of their way to provide me with answers to my questions and gave me solutions to help resolve my issue! Thank you so much Veronica and Sandra for making my experience with AT&T better and for helping with my tech needs! I’ll be highly recommending and coming back!!

Alyssa was more than helpful after being on the phone with the support team for hours and still didnt fix the problem. We finally just gave up and went into the store and Alyssa fixed the problem in minutes. This is after the coorporate support team said that my phone wasnt compatable Galaxy S21. Well they were wrong and I grateful for Alyssa and us not believing the on the phone techS..plural! Great job Alyssa and thanks for delivering great service! Go see Aylssa!

Best AT&T store I've ever been to. One employee working here today and was handling all business with professional and courteous work ethic. Even when faced with us slower tech peeps he was patient.
