J.E. Foust & Son is such a caring place. It sucks to lose someone , but they were absolutely wonderful during our difficult time. Very compassionate to their clients. I would use them again for sure. Dawn was amazing to me and my husband when we lost my mom, Thank You Dawn!

The funeral director, Miranda, is so kind and empathetic thru out our loss. We lost our daughter to a sudden heart issue and then my elderly mother just 2 months later. The Foust & Sons Funeral Home took superb gentle care of us all thru our sad days. They were all wonderful.

Dawn, our funeral director, was compassionate and extremely helpful and calming during this terrible loss. I will forever be grateful for her presence and sincerity. She listened so well to us about specific details about my dad (whom we lost unexpectedly) and captured his essence so well. The life story that was put together for his celebration of life was above and beyond. I wish no one had to go through loss ever, but because we all inevitably will, I would hope others to feel as cared for as we did by Dawn and the J. E. Foust team.

I was totally impressed with J.E. Foust & Sons for their compassion, as well as their knowledge and assistance throughout the process of finalizing my mother's service. They made every arrangement an experience worthy of my mother's honor and for that I will forever be thankful. My sister passed away unexpectedly and, living several states away, I didn't have much to rely upon for selection of a funeral director. J.E. Foust was amazing. They presented all of my options and helped me to hold down the costs while still ensuring all options were dignified and honoring. They under-promised and over-delivered, meeting deadlines much more quickly than expected. While ensuring they'd mail the death certificates to my home, they called when they came in (knowing I would still be in town) and offered to hold them for me to pick up instead. The staff spent time listening as I voiced my grief and frustrations and never made me feel rushed. They were kind and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Michael from Dignity was beyond exceptional. As a former employee of the funeral industry many years ago, Michael did not try to play on emotions and up-sell. If there was a way to help us save money, he was all for it. It is understood that there is always a commission in any business, but Michael was not pushy and was the perfect gentleman. I would highly recommend Michael, Dignity Memorial and JE Foust FH to plan for your loved ones final tribute. Understand that pre-arranged funerals are locked in at today's prices. IT is a smart investment and precludes the stress from trying to make arrangements after the loved one has passed.

I’ve had both parents pass and arrangements made at Foust. I can’t appreciate enough their care and compassion. It made a terrible time a bit easier.

Sydney was outstanding while helping us deal with our mother’s passing. She was both sympathetic and patient with us. Whenever we had a question, our calls were almost always answered in person and, if we had to leave a message, were promptly returned. She made the entire process smooth, easy, and understandable. Our choices and options were clearly presented and she never pressured us to decide one way or another. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend J.E. Foust & Son without reservation.

I used JE Foust for a celebration of life gathering for a coworker who had passed. I only needed a location for our employees to gather and didn’t need to use the full funeral services that JE Foust offers. I worked with Maranda. She was very pleasant and walked me through all of the options that were available to us. I had never been involved with any aspect of funeral planning before so having Maranda’s assistance and knowledge was very helpful. She was always prompt in answering any questions I had. In addition to the great customer service provided by Maranda and the staff, the location in Grapevine is very beautiful. It was clean, comfortable and has a great history behind it. The location on Main Street also made it easy for our employees to leave the service and walk down the street to eat together or have a drink in honor of our friend/coworker.

From Beginning to end the service I received at Foust was without a doubt amazing. Starting with Duane Jewell finding something within budget that also honored my loved one was easy. Rick Felty was just as sweet and caring when it came to organizing every detail with me. I felt like we were family in the time we spent on the phone and in person. It's a great company to do business with.

We had both my Mother and my Father's services at Foust on Main St. It was not just a wonderful service but a very good experience as well. They took care of our every need and in both cases, guiding us through everything and it went perfectly. It was a very nice venue and I cannot imagine having either of their services anywhere else.

Our experience with Will and Dawn at Foust Funeral Home in Grapevine was excellent. They were patient and caring during this difficult time. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

My family worked with Dawn for my Dad's memorial service. She did a great job with the prayer cards as we requested and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. Thank you Dawn!

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience and service I received from Foust & Sons. They thought of everything and walked me through a very painful time with kindness and respect. Whatever I requested, their answer was "certainly we can do that".

Ric and Jonathan were amazing and made a all the difference - they were respectful, professional, and just great guys that reminded me of a true friend that cared. Their response time was in seconds and 24 x 7 for several days of the planning and services.

The business transaction was tremendous and I never felt like I was getting shaken down (as in other facilities), the prices were very competitive, and the experience at the funeral home was so great - it is a beautiful and historical place.
