Tru by Hilton Euless DFW West

Came here for a business trip, second time staying at this hotel. Location is good to travel between Dallas and Fort Worth. Lots of places to get food, so you have many options to chose from. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the staff is great. I needed trash taken out in the middle of my stay, and they got it taken care of quickly. Room has a mini fridge, no microwave, but there is one you can use in the lobby. Breakfast is actually really good, just get there early before the vultures scoop up more than they can eat. Since I’m signed up for the rewards app, I was able to use my phone as a digital key, which I think is nice because I’m great at losing key cards.

I love this hotel! I've stayed on the Tru side and Home2Suites side. I like free breakfast so that's always a bonus.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Just a overnighter, which turned out to be extended the next day. The staff was completely hospitable and very helpful. The rooms do not have enough lighting, that would probably be the only problem I had. Shower is nice and tall and very hot just the way I love it. The bathroom amenities are really nice, very pleasant smelling Shampoo and hand soap. There are more than enough charging decks . For all of your electronical needs.

Our stay at tru was really amazing . Beside from the internet connection saying it was not connected but it was and the breakfast in the morning wasn’t good. Sausage wasn’t done and eggs tasted nasty. But it was complementary. The rooms where to die for. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to book oh yeah the beds were ssssooo comfortable I slept like a baby.

The room was very clean, comfortable accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when visiting. The only thing I needed was turkey or chicken sausage at breakfast because I don't eat pork or at least real eggs. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 👍🏾😊

The hotel customer service is excellent. Extremely neat and well kempt. Van pick pickup to and from the airport is prompt. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very soothing to the back. I actually struggled to get out of the bed because it was so relaxing and the floor is well polished, also soothing to the feet. Amenities include restaurants, gym, pool etc. Complimentary breakfast available as well and so much more. Very highly recommended.

There are plenty of amenities and very kind staff. Really enjoyed the variety at breakfast and the big pool. Blackout curtains were great, and the room was nice and cold when we arrived. Felt very welcomed on my weekend getaway.

Hotel is new, upscale, with contemporary design. The fragrance of the lobby is very welcoming! Staff and manager were incredibly nice and helped us resolve a reservation issue we had with booking.com. Rooms were clean, bed linens were beautiful, the complimentary toiletries dispensers were awesome, the pool is beautiful and relaxing. I wish there was more hot breakfast options (only eggs and sausage). We had a great view of the highway and shopping centers. I was impressed with the price as well, paid $128 for 1 night on a weekday. Overall a great stay and will choose Tru by Hilton in the future!

Have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed my stay every time. Rooms are clean, there is complimentary coffee, water, warm water to make tea in the lobby to use at all hours. Breakfast is complimentary in the mornings. Hotel is in a good location as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean. Room was as expected from a Hilton brand. Good breakfast area with swimming pool, and pool table. Will stay again.

Nice and clean. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Love the inviting atmosphere. The outdoor kitchen, pool, patio is so spacious. The lobby has a pool table and an oversized "connect 4" game. There are plenty of places to work or just relax. This was our 3rd stay in a Tru brand hotel and we really like them.

Very clean comfortable room and beds. The bed was soft and pillows were amazing. The bathroom was clean and shower was spacious. Nice lobby with pool and other activities. Close proximity to family activities, dining, and shopping as well as DFW airport. 10 min drive the airport but no issues with air traffic noise!

My husband and I had to get a hotel while the plumbing in our home was repaired. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay!!
Our room was so nice, it has a dishwasher, convection oven, and even garbage disposal. It's a King suite and more than we expected for the price.
Then, there's the fabulous customer service, especially Julie. Our renters insurance called the front desk to take over the payments and it couldn't have gone any smoother. And the best thing...Julie hadn't met me yet, she was dealing with my husband, but when I went up to the desk, I did NOT give my name right away, instead, started explaining why I was there and just from the little bit I stated, she knew who I was!! Then the next day as I was coming in from work I saw her and she greeted me by name!! She is very impressive and a great asset to this company. She knows her stuff and I felt confident that our confusing transactions were all handled appropriately.
Finally, the breakfasts were great and we love all the details in the lobby, the computer desks, hanging chairs, pool table and more.

One of the best places to stay in the area. Can't beat the price and what it all includes

If you need to stop this is the best place to stop at. They are very professional, enjoyable and fun to joke around with. they made our stay fun and will definitely stay again if we are traveling thru Texas again. Right off the interstate, rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff from checking in to cleaning staff are very nice to speak with, they greet you when you are nearby and are NOT rude at all.

This hotel is very neat. The bed and the pillows are so comfortable with very polished floor to sooth your feet. The customer service is brilliant and the staff are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Close to the airport and shuttle pickup and drop off are very prompt. Highly recommended.

I had a room facing the shopping mall and the highway, the pull down shade kept you private, but let you see the lights from the mall and all the stores, all together all the great colors made it look nice to look at, the highway is far enough away you cant hear it, if that's not your thing behind that shade is a blackout shade.
For those who want it nice a dark with the air condition on, the rooms are controlled by a thermostat, I found that very useful, walk in shower was the best, enough room for two. LOL. Lots of outlets to charge all your devices.
Breakfast are is very big, hot coffee was the best, no venting machines, down in the main lobby they sell all you need, if you get the munchies, or all types of water's differently recommend this place.

Very simple but clean! Front desk was friendly and efficient. Love the refillable bottles for toiletries. The only downside was no ceiling light. The bed is so soft and comfy! A great place to stay!

This was my first time at a Tru property and I have to admit, IT'S ADORABLE! If you need somewhere to stay and you know you won't be in the room all the time, these are perfect. Now personally speaking, I prefer the larger cozy rooms with a fridge and microwave. These are big enough to fit 2 queens. But they work because of the layout, you're not completely cramped up. Go check it out for yourself. I have to hit the gym.

Very clean hotel. The room was also nice and spacious and even said my name on the TV. The gentleman at the counter was very polite. Good location and even though it was close to a major highway, I couldn’t hear any cars inside the room.
