This store is a well-kept little secret! I have lived in Texas most of my adult life and only found out about them less than a year ago! I so wish I stumbled upon them sooner! The products are reasonably priced and of good quality. There is always some type of sale going on, so if u missed out on one last week, no worries, there will be another this week! Every employee I encounter is friendly and helpful to answer questions! Never had a problem returning an item!

Visited this Belk store for the first time and happy to share our experience was awesome! Lots of options, well organized & clear Sale sections for all! The staff is really friendly.

Definitely worth visiting this location as they have limited stores in DFW area.

If you are a girl that loves loafers Belk is the place to shop for them.

I visited this store today to return some boots and I did not find an associate around the purse and shoe section. Me and another customer were waiting for 30 minutes. Then I found Esperanza an associate who was very helpful and kind. She helped me with a few items and she helped me save a few dollars. I didn’t intend to come back to this store but because of Esperanza’s, I will return. She definitely knows how to keep a customer. Her professionalism was outstanding.

Love this store. When I visit my brother and his family. I make a point to stop by. Wish they had one near me.

We had a fantastic Clark by the name of Parvin. Extremely helpful extremely friendly went out of her way to make you feel like you belong to here and she wanted to be with you and help you this lady needs to teach other people how to do customer service in that store she was absolutely wonderful

Love this place I'll never go back to Ross again, they are severely under staffed but no place is perfect.

I love this store!!! It's like Dillard's! Great name brands at wonderful prices! It's clean, bright, & the employees are incredibly kind. I can't wait to go back! We only left, bc we ran out of time due to the holiday weekend & having plans with family. I'd strongly encourage anyone to go check it out! You won't be disappointed. PLUS, their entire site & outside surroundings are wheelchair accessible & the shopping path inside is wide enough to fit any wheelchair! My son has Asperger's Syndrome & HATES shopping, but he enjoyed himself here & all of their clothing options! They had TONS of tagless clothes!! Like many autistic kids, he will ONLY wear tagless, but usually, there isn't much of a variety. However, Belk had an outstanding variety to choose from! I'm grateful to have them in Euless!! I think we've found a "favorite" store.

This is our favorite Belk. They have higher end clothing, but mostly for women.

There are only a few registers in the store, but I would rather have that than wait at a register where no one is working.

I had an awesome experience visiting this location for the first time. The associates Tina and Carolyn were very helpful. Tina had great customer service and assisted me with everything I needed. I will definitely be shopping at this location in the future.. Thanks to those two ladies!

This is a lovely department store with quality merchandise. It's a little pricey compared to others in it's same category. The store is well laid out and organized. The sales staff are friendly, approachable, and helpful. It's in a great location, positioned in the middle of a shopping mecca, so it allows for more convenient patronage.

I used to shop at another store but Belk has me as a loyal customer now. My Dad needs 4xl shirts. They have them!! Their rewards deals are enticing. Returns are easy. Prices are affordable, then add in the discounts, makes it even better.

The line is very long at check out and on Mothers Day ( Saturday before) I purchased mother treats and shoe which I ended up putting all back because I couldn't get a price on pink heels after standing in 2 different lines for 45 min.
Cindy went to lunch and the heels on hold was not priced while I was shopping for other treat.So I left $400.00 of merchandise on counter because of frustration.

I am a penny pincher who thoroughly enjoys fashion, but do not like to pay full price. This store is one of my favorite stores to shop. You can always find great deals on name brand items and today I was not short- changed...excellent buys on the 4th of July! My receipt showed a savings of $277.52. The clearance items were an additional 50% off of the already marked down ticketed price, and if you spend $20 or more on regular or sale items, you get $10 - $20 off. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Had to purchase some white tee-shirts , nothing expensive. In the men's dept in their daphne al store . The dude spent time and effort to insure I got what I needed.. I am impressed..
