AT&T Store

I have been to a bunch of wireless phone stores both company stores and authorized resellers (even though they are not labeled as such on the store itself. You have to ask) But the store on 121 in Euless….is my favorite store by far. They know their company and they know their business. The part I liked best is that they are polite, professional and upbeat. They have time for you and will answer all of your questions. They don’t rush you or talk down to you. They are quick to explain and look up things if needed. Kevin, I think he is the Manager or an Asst Manager…is down to earth real !!! Again, doesn’t try and show you he is the manager…he is just polite, professional and willing to help in anyway he can. So glad I stopped in this store…it’s now my go to place for answers and accessories !!

I had to leave a review! I personally don’t like to deal with phone companies, but Jade helped me with choosing a new phone that was right for me. She was very helpful and honest about everything we asked. She even recommended a specific color which I love. It’s rare to find good customer service now days and she went above and beyond. She even gave me a call to let me know my phone was delivered to the store. So if you live around the Euless area and need to visit an att go to the Glade location and ask for Jade

What a fantastic experience at my location AT&T store! New iPhone 15 experience professionally handled by Sam (the Man) with a cover assist by Jade. New Christmas iPad? Roberto was the Man as well. Great great folks all the way around!

The store associate was efficient he helped me upgrade my phone to the brand new Pixel and answered all my questions. Overall his service was a ten out ten .

I went to this store and the young man and his lady supervisor helped me truly... I walked in with a busted up s9+ that I couldn't do nothing but turn the phone off and on....they knew sum tricks of the trade and helped me get most of my stuff transferred over to my new galaxy 23 ultra ... they truly didn't have to do what they did to help me but they did... I thank them and look forward to more business with them

The gentleman welcomed me in and immediately helped me. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.

He also showed me some cool products and sold me on them for both my wife and I.

I really am lucky i got his help because he made me feel like a valuable customer.

I went into AT&T the other day to pick up a new iPhone since the screen on mine was broken. Luke explained the differences between each model and helped me pick one out. I was really happy with my experience and I would 100% return when I decide to upgrade!

Roberto was excellent! He gave me no hassle and explained e every clearly so I knew what I was getting into! I really appreciate his customer service. 10/10

As 2 older adults who were unsure of what they wanted, we met with a pleasant surprise. Kevin, the assistant manager in the store, helped us to choose phones and choose plans and was so courteous and informative. I highly recommend him to train others in the stores in customer service.

went in for something no longer available… so of course, I walk right back out…. only to go right back in for a second question (guy that 1st helped me was w/ someone new… soooo tell me why Jarred sold me everything I wanted and needed (and I didn’t even know it myself 🤣) this dude needs to be cloned and placed at all AT&T stores.. as a customer with 6lines for a few years.. I have been to MANY locations… He’s the 1st to impress me… not pushy yet confident in knowing what the goal is.. me being his customer. Yup!

The manager Claudia greeted me and was extremely helpful and even suggested calling other nearby AT&T stores if they didn't have what I was looking for (which is very unlike any other manager in any profession)...Fortunately it didn't come to that as Kevin was able to compare nearly 10 phones for me and explain the differences in encyclopedia like detail without trying to upsell me whatsoever and maintaining amazing patience... Everyone should ask for his help if they want patience, kindness and detailed support! This is why my family has came here since they first opened..Employees may have come and gone but they are always trained extremely well and are always kind.

Hayden the service rep was extremely courteous and helpful, and solved all my issues with a smile. He made sure I understood all my options, and answered all my questions. He also made sure I got the best promotional deal.

I came into the store looking to trade in my XR to the new purple iPhone 12. The staff, Raquel, was fantastic. She was extremely helpful! I am not very tech savvy and she was so patient and kind as she walked me through the process of phone transfer. As we waited for the transfer she made sure that I was comfortable and chatted with me to make the time go by. Another employee, Kevin also joined us and it felt like I was just sitting and hanging out with friends! Great atmosphere. Very nice. Highly recommend!

Allyssa is by far my favorite service provider. She goes above and beyond everytime I have questions about my phone and service plan. She’s well versed and trained. I will continue to visit her anytime I have questions or just want a new case!

Albert is a great sales rep. He helped and guided patiently and with complete details. I bought 5 devices and switched to at&t. Thanks Albert.

Alondria was very helpful. She helped me set up my new phone and also helped me pick out a cute case for it. She was very patient and kind! The other associates in the store were kind as well! Overall I was highly satisfied with my service!

This store is absolutely amazing. I came in on Thursday and Phillip was able to answer all my questions about my phone trade in, and got my new phone ordered. It came the next day. I typically have the worst experiences transferring phones over so he offered to assist me when it came in. My phone was delivered to my house a bit late the next day, but Madison helped me transfer over my service from another company and back up my iPhone. She is an amazing manager. She was very knowledgeable and they stayed extremely late until everything was up and working perfectly. I felt awful the WiFi there is a bit slow, but Phil and Madison are phenomenal. Madison even made sure I had a durable case and screen protector. This has been the absolute smoothest trade in I have ever had especially transferring from another service. I know this review is wordy but it was just an awesome experience. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Colby. I came into the store without any knowledge of what was wrong with my phone. He showed great interest and patience with me, explained everything to me. Colby has GREAT Customer Service!
