I had a fantastic experience at Lake Cities today! The receptionists, hygienist, and staff were all wonderful. Everyone was upbeat even though it was the end of the day. The hygienist I had, I wasn’t able to catch her name, was so caring and took the time to explain everything she was doing after I informed her that I was not familiar with dental work. Brittany, an assistant (?), was awesome as well! She was very thorough in her explanations and had a great energy. My interaction with the dentist was great as well! She completed my fillings efficiently, all the while checking on me to make sure I was ok/comfortable.
I’m excited to continue coming in to Lake Cities! Thank you for a great experience!

With a very lengthy history of dental visits through the years, I have finally found a practice far superior to any visited previously. Dr. Moore and her excellent staff are so professional, kind, calming, and informative. I have had extensive dental work performed, upper and lower bridges, upper plate, root canals, extractions, etc., over the past several months. Dr. Moore is not only proficient but is great at education! Lake Cities Dental has my highest praise!

I have not been to the dentist in years so I was afraid of what the outcome will be. Once I was there the whole staff was very nice and sweet. All staff is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I would recommend to anyone that is needing a clinic to call and schedule. Brittany at the front was the person to schedule me in within weeks!

We have been seeing Dr. Moore since about 2004 when our kids were young teenagers. They still go there. When my retired parents moved back from Florida in 2018 they were very pleased with Dr. Moore. She may soon be taking care of a forth generation of our family.

Great overall experience! I have been a patient there for over the last 10 years! Dr. Moore and her team do a great job of making you feel welcome and valued. They take a conservative approach to your dental health and spend your money like it is their own.

Most people dread "going to the dentist" - that is NOT the case here! I've been a patient of Dr. Moore's for years, and all of my appointments have been very pleasant! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the environment is professional, yet relaxing. Dr. Moore is extremely knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail - she fixed a few issues that my orthodontist missed with my Invisalign treatment. Above all, I feel very comfortable seeking her advice about my healthcare, which I do not often feel towards other doctors. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable dental care :)

Itself. The staff is so great, they are helpful with scheduling and accommodating my needs. I’m a nurse with a busy schedule and I come in at the first appointment of the day, or sometimes at my lunch hour, depending on my needs. They are cheerful and friendly during every visit.

Lake city dental facility and staff are the appitamy of professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of dental care..
