CVS

I’ve lived in Colleyville for 18 years and never had to get many prescriptions filled. That is until recently, when I was diagnosed with a chronic medical illness. Now I see the pharmacists and staff at CVS several times a month. They have been incredibly supportive and compassionate. They ask me how I’m doing. Kyle has taken time when he is busy to show me where to find things on the shelves. Linda is always making sure I am tolerating my medications. Linda has also helped me to get medications filled that are in short supply. Every time I come in, they are always very busy, so it amazes me that they take time out for me.

I came in around 8:30 pm with a prescription from BSW ER. The two young women on duty in the Pharmacy were extremely helpful. I don't remember the name of the Pharmacist but the assistant's name was Judy. They both went the second mile to find an online program that drastically reduced the cost of a very expensive Paxlovid prescription, making it possible for me to take it home. THANK YOU!!!

The staff at this pharmacy is the best staff I have ever interacted at any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have gone completely out of their way to help with a prescription for my daughter. A special mention needs to go to Bernadette for amazing customer service. They are exceptional!

We've shopped and had prescriptions filled at this CVS from the day it opened. The retail staff, pharmacists and the techs are exceptional. I only get our prescriptions filled here as the pharmacists take the extra time to explain new medications and possible interactions to be aware of. While we always considered this CVS the best in the Metroplex the service levels have actually increased over the past year - hard to rate them a 6 on a 5 point scale but I'd do so in a minute. Corporate needs to recognize the pharmacists here for their exceptional knowledge as well as interpersonal skills, this carries over to the pharmacy staff where everyone seems to enjoy their jobs. Thank you for all you do for our family!!

Never thought I'd write a review for a store, but I deem it important to give credit where credit is due. I was needing an emergency Rapid Covid Test as I was flying out the same day. I am not from Dallas and a lot of the clinics in the (airport area) were offering same day results at ridiculous rates ($150-$200!) I found an appt, slot at this CVS in Grapevine and I have to say these ladies were the most efficient, kindest, professionals I could ask for!

They were helpful, but they got me in and out in 10 minutes and had my results back within an hour! From the moment that I booked the appt. they quickly confirmed (via text) the time that I would be coming in and answered all my questions. Can't thank them enough for making a stressful situation into a pleasant experience that allowed me to travel that same day. I highly recommend them and kudos to CVS's MinuteClinic for taking care of things when they are needed the most.

I have taken many medications for years at several different pharmacies and I can honestly say this pharmacy ranks up there with the best. It has the feel of a small town pharmacy. They take care of you on a personal level.
Highly recommend this location.

I have been to this CVS many times and those did a great job, for being short handed and with rude customers, who need to learn how to treat people with respect. Keep the great job.

Great location. Pharmacy staff are very helpful. Asked pharmacist for some help on over the counter drugs and he came out and recommended a couple products.

This place is great! I live in Dallas and the one off forest ln. is a complet nightmare!!! Work in colleyville and I would rather come here before, after, during my lunch break if i need any cvs service! Always so helpful!

Went in to get a stitch removed left part of it in. Had to go home and have my girlfriend get the rest out. Very professional staff.

It's convenient on my way home. Most of the employees are sweet.

The staff is very nice and professional. If you want the 5 star service, look for Kate and you won't be disappointed!!!!!
