Apple Southlake Town Square

Looking at the negative reviews, it seems most of them are related to product issues which shouldn’t reflect this store and its employees. I’ve been here twice, once for a repair and another time to purchase an iPhone and both times I experienced exceptional customer service. The staff is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable to where I didn’t worry who I’d get paired up with. Everyone I met was a great help. Highly recommend this location.

Well stocked, well organized, and well staffed. It was a busy Sunday but I took my MacBook airhead to get repaired because my cat spilled a pot of water in it. They fixed me right up. They also have a full selection of accessories at those apple, dongles that you always need.

It was better than expected on launch day. They divided the line between people with reservations and walk ins, when a model was sold out in the store they announced that to the crowd so they could go home if they only wanted that particular model.

Visited this location after having issues with my Mac Book. Ross approached me as I entered, allowed me to explain my circumstances, and immediately facilitated a solution. Southlake's entire support team was nothing short of excellent. They were able to resolve my problems before the close of business, after I had been told by online support that resolution would take several days to weeks. I am incredibly grateful for Ross' attentiveness and care. I'll never go anywhere else to buy.

I hardly ever leave reviews for places, but in this case I have to. On Monday April 9th, 2024 at 8am, my phone malfunctioned and would no longer work. Self-admittedly I am a momma's boy, and will speak with her daily at the least. Well, I was stuck at a conference, and was not able to get to the store until 7:30pm that night. I was frantic at not being able to speak with her, and unsure of what to do. Well, one of the workers named Colby came to my rescue. He was immediately able to diagnose my issue, and walked me through my options. He was patient, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and overly courteous. Unfortunately, my phone was beyond repair, but he was able to get me into a new/upgraded phone with a better carrier, and on a cheaper phone plan. The most touching moment was when he even made sure as I was waiting he made sure I could call and speak with my mother until the new phone was ready. Within my career in the legal field I have worked with many people, but when an individual is this excellent it deserves recognition. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and should be instructing others. So, Thank You to Apple for hiring him, and more importantly a huge Thank You to Colby for going above and beyond.

Fantastic experience. I had trouble with my Mac Air butterfly keyboard and they didn’t try to upsale me at all. I waited 20 minutes to see a technician who ran a full diagnostic and gave me some good options. I felt heard and empowered to make a good decision about repair or replacement. Parking is tough but the people are worth it.

The Apple store visit was an exceptional experience. The sleek and modern design of the store created a captivating ambiance, while the knowledgeable and friendly staff provided top-notch customer service. I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I left the store feeling impressed and excited about Apple's innovative products.

Went when they first opened on a weekday, there were quite a few people already there and being helped. I was greeted and checked in promptly. After a 5 min wait, I was greeted by an associate who asked my needs and took my order, without question. The only "add on" or suggestion the associate made was purchasing insurance for the iPhone. No hard sell or insistence, which was nice for a change. My order was brought out to me and I was on my way. Maybe 25 min in the store. Nice easy purchase and experience.

We went in for pickup. The staff were kind and helpful. We went in an hour before our given time and still got the order within minutes even with so much of rush inside store.

Amazing experience with the Sales member up at the front. They were very willing to help me in my situation, and they were both very patient. I traded in my 11 pro for the 15 pro at the Apple Store because my carrier wasn’t going to give me a good deal on my trade (I had to pay full). So glad I came here instead to grab my new phone.

The True Depth camera stopped working on my iPhone which meant Face ID was caput. I dropped into this Apple Store without an appointment, got my phone issue diagnosed within 15 minutes and they were repaired it the same day within a few hours.

I was extremely pleased and since the issue was under my Apple Care warranty I paid nothing for the repair.

It doesn’t get better than that. Thanks Apple and thanks everyone at this store.

Highly suggest making an appointment for the speediest service. However they seem to work well with walk in as well. Pristine store, and very kind knowledgeable geniuses. Will most likely be a go to location.

Nice and clean establishment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that is able to manage large crowds in both sales and service. The rep that I had stayed with me and my family until all of our service issues were resolved, when he had to step away, he had other agents sit with us. Location is in an outside shipping mall so parking can be a bit tricky.

I have an amazing experience every time I come here. I had a broken key and David help me in a matter of minutes, he was so nice! I highly recommend this Apple Store!

Southlake Town Square is honestly such a beautiful outdoor area. Great restaurants out here and tons of places to shop at. I love that the community/area have events pretty often and it’s just awesome to come out and see it. They have some stores that are hard to find in 1 general area. They have 3 mattress stores so if you need to test them all in the same day you can vs bouncing from place to place then coming back another day. You have a Lulu out here, Tesla, Tommy John, Free People, UNTUCKit, Purple, Apple Store and many other stores.

I came into the Apple Store for an issue with my Ralph the technician that helped me was awesome! He knowledge with my phone was amazing! Service was above and beyond my expectations!!

Went there to pickup my Mac. It was pretty busy but the employees there were quick in checking me in & bringing the item. Definitely one of the busier Apple stores but seems like they have good customer service.
