The Cheesecake Factory

We went on date night to the Cheesecake factory in downtown Fort Worth Texas. I was a little worried after reading some of the other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. We made a reservation which I strongly recommend if you are going on a Friday or Saturday night. We walked in and were seated right away. Others had a 30 minute wait for the same size party. The service from Liz was great. Food and drinks delivered fast. We ordered from happy hour menu and skinnylicious menu which I did not know they even had such a thing. We shared a Thai Shrimp appetizer, and brussels sprouts. We had a chopped salad and spicy pasta with shrimp both less than 530 calories and delicious. We had a table against the wall for two which made it very intimate for us. Sorry some of the food was gone in the appetizer photo

This downtown Fort Worth location is conveniently across from Bass Performance Hall. Valet parking is available. National chain with an extensive menu. Dining before or after a performance is a great option.

Family and friends have liked every menu item ever ordered with no complaints, and one could probably eat for a solid month with no repeats. They offer commentary white French or a dark wheat with oat topped bread. Shown are the Avocado Tacos appetizer with jicama tortilla (not grain). They are small but filling and satisfying. The best value entree imo is the combination surf and turf Herbed Salmon and Steak Diane (mushroom sauce) which comes with mashed potatoes and asparagus, perfect if you were on the fence with both entrees and have a large appetite. There's also a shrimp and other meat option. If you're not completely stuffed after the meal, there's always cheesecake! My standby is Banana Creme Cheesecake because it's not as heavy or rich as the others. You can also order the decadent cheesecakes to go; they are just as good later or the next day.

For the record, I've had good service, but I also realize service can vary because they're often swamped with patrons from events, so go with that expectation and patience; don't be in a rush.

Every Cheesecake Factory that I ever visited is the same great food, big dishes, excellent service and wonderful atmosphere, my favorites of all times are salads and pastas, but I will never say no to the classic and original cheesecake! I love it!

It was super good! It was really busy but the wait still was not bad. I got the chicken parmesan sandwich, and it was phenomenal. It was really big though and I could only eat one slice. White chocolate raspberry truffle cheescake was insanely good! I could not stop eating it.

Cheesecake Factory never disappoints whether for dinner, lunch or a dessert and coffee kind of day.🤤 No matter what part of the country you’re in there’s a CF nearby with so many options all made fresh and super tasty! 😋 Excellent service every time! 💯

Great food great service. Our waiter Jose was outstanding. Always had suggestions. To bad they had run out of the stuffed mushrooms. I had the combination plate that had the steak Dianne and my wife had the lemon shrimp pasta.

Very large portions, very extensive menu, great drinks (the old fashioned for adults and guava spritzer for kids) . Even the kids menu has about 10 options. Of course there are about 25 cheesecake options, but all are good! Also, the strawberry shortcake is excellent. I had the petite filet this time. It was excellent.

Everything was delicious. I’d heard about them, but never tried their restaurant. It has always had unanimously positive reviews and now I see why. Our waitress was friendly, and gave great advice about our questions about the menu.

The bread and butter was spectacular. I shared the four cheese pasta with a friend, and everyone else really enjoyed their food.

We ordered the lemon meringue cheesecake and it was FABULOUS!!

I took my gay boyfriend on a gay date to this establishment. this place is known for the cheese cake and chapter book menu. I partook in the ceaser salad which is one of the top 5 ceaser salads i've had. the sauce to lettuce ratio was insane it was very wet. I love it wet. the chicken was perfectly cooked and complimented the salad so very well. my one note is that the croutons were a bit stale. still a very yummo salad. our server Jess was very attentive and kept the bread baskets rolling. very good experience.

As I stepped into the Cheesecake Factory, I was immediately drawn in by the alluring dim lighting, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere perfect for a cozy evening out. My appetite was whetted as I perused the extensive menu, eagerly anticipating the culinary delights to come.

However, as I sat down, I couldn't help but notice that the bread was missing from our table. Despite this minor hiccup, I was still excited to try the dishes I had ordered. Unfortunately, my anticipation was cut short as I noticed that the utensils were slightly dirty, causing a brief moment of disappointment.

But as soon as my dishes arrived, any misgivings were quickly forgotten. The skinny chicken pasta was an absolute delight, with the perfectly cooked pasta complimenting the tender chicken in a luscious sauce. The grilled steak medallion was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with every bite, and the tossed green salad was fresh and crisp, perfectly balancing out the rich flavors of the pasta and steak.

Although we only had one napkin for three people, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the delectable dishes we enjoyed. And while I was disappointed that they had run out of ribeye steak, the other dishes more than made up for it.

Overall, despite a few minor hiccups, my experience at the Cheesecake Factory was absolutely delightful. The ambiance was seductive, the food was superb, and the service was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic evening out or a delicious meal with friends and family.

We visit this location often and absolutely love the male manager.. wish I knew your name. He def knows how to manage this location. He is always running around helping wherever he can to keep tables cleaned and guests seated if there is a waitlist.

Tonight we also had an amazing young gentleman serve us. His name was Maverick! He greeted us with a big smile though he was super busy and maintained this smile throughout! I am also a business owner and understand that a smile goes a long way to the customer. Thank you Maverick for being positive this evening, working hard and providing over the top customer service! Next time we come in we will be looking for you to buy you a chicken bacon avocado club & upside down pineapple cheesecake!

Our waitress was amazing! She just started but was very attentive and professional. The food was great and came out fairly quickly during rush hour on a Saturday. We would definitely come back to this restaurant. We ordered the coconut cream cheesecake and it was GREAT!

First-time visitor and thought the experience was awesome, food was graciously given a four. Maybe an off night for me or perhaps wasn't in with what I ordered. Wait, time not bad at all for a group of 21. I loved the atmosphere and location.

All I can say is that Tyler was an amazing sever very attentive young man. He had even reviewed our reservations and saw that it was my birthday before even ordering our food. I honestly didn’t want to do the whole birthday celebration and he discreetly came over with an ice cream cup with two candles since we had ordered or cheesecake to go. Let me just say he was also working through an injury to his leg and providing amazing service. I don’t really right review but when I do it’s because I was blown away with his service.

Love Cheesecake Factory, and this particular location is mine and my wife’s preferred spot over the Arlington location. Service and food are always on point. Only downside is parking can be a bit tricky, but that’s the city, for ya. Highly recommend the cheeseburger spring rolls and Cinnabon cheesecake!

Skinnylicious Tuscan chicken with angel hair noodles. Ordered extra noodles because it didn’t come with much.

We ate at the bar, and our bar tender was fantastic! So was the food! We had the BEST Ceasar salad, and the herb-crusted salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes was so good. I can't wait to go back.

Visited daughter in Houston, she took us to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time. She had been there many times. I and my husband loved it. 😍 We will be going to the one in Fort Worth.

🍰ATTENTION ALL CHEESECAKE LOVERS🍰 Please come to this restaurant!! It is delicious. Honestly I was very shocked at how good it is. This place is definitely worth the money.

When I walked into the restaurant I was in awe. This is a beautiful restaurant. There is a bar and a “bakery” with cheesecakes behind a glass. The restaurant is very clean. We dined outside on the patio. There is a mosquito catcher thingy, so you don’t have to worry about bugs. There are even decorative candles on the tables. One thing I noticed was how dark the inside of the restaurant was. It was very hard to see. The bathrooms were almost pitch black. Very… interesting.

The food was PHENOMENAL. I ordered the four cheese pasta and it tasted so delicious 😋. My brother got the Mushroom Madeira, it is a huge plate of food. He said it was delicious. My parents got the Tuscan Chicken, they said it was good. The cheesecakes were so delicious too. Best way to end the night.

The service was great. Our server (I forgot her name but she had pretty nails) was super nice. Since the restaurant was so busy we didn’t get our bread until after we finished eating😥. The highlight of the night was getting a free mini-sundae, because it was my birthday 🥳. I was so happy.

TLDR: GREAT food, GREAT service, super dark restaurant, great location, perfect place to spend an evening. 5/5⭐ would definitely recommend
