I had the best shopping experience at The Parts Unknown. I was visiting Forth Worth for a business conference last week. I wanted to experience the local food and culture. The waitress at Risckey’s BBQ recommended I walk over to this little boutique. I wasn’t disappointed, Cindy was a lovely lady. She helped me put together the perfect outfit for my evening. I bought the prettiest boots, hats and turquoise accessories. If you’re in Fort Worth go visit Cindy. I fell in love with this shop and the friendly folks in Fort Worth. I will forever be a cowgirl at heart.

Great selection of quality men’s and women’s clothing brands conveniently located in Downtown Ft Worth. The customer service was EXCELLENT. Not only did they sell me two casual shirts, they also gave me guidance and wipes to remove the stain on a dress shirt I had not noticed when packing for my trip. Thank you for the great hospitality.

As much as my granddaughter and I explore Downtown Ft Worth, we discovered a must place to shop; an entire area for the most beautiful and unusual western wear. Seriously, there's a pair of Boots 👢 I found with my name written on the box. There's not enough words to describe agreat shop. Beautiful hats, boots, leather wear, jackets 👌 and you will not be disappointed at all for spending your $$'s at this spot. 😀 I love, loved so many pieces to buy. Grammy looks forward to returning for that Yellow Hat, and baby blue 💙 boots. Enjoy Sundance Square and check ✔ out this gem of a shop. We laughed and we are going downtown soon again and we will get my Yellow Hat!

Absolutely stellar location, I can't express how kind and helpful the staff are here. I flew in to Dallas to attend a wedding and left some important dressware back home, I'm a veteran myself and my wife is still on active duty, the shop was understanding that I was short on time and were incredibly accommodating in helping me find and take home what I needed.

I just wish I had more time to browse the rest of what they offer, either way I will be back and I highly recommend taking the time to experience this location yourself.

I'm from West Plains, MO and everytime I visit Ft. Worth, I have to visit this store. It's one of my favorite places to shop and the employees are absolutely fabulous. Cindy helped me today, and she was great.

This is my go to place when looking for something new, stylist, western, casual and fun! Boots and cool shoes are also found here with beautiful jewelry.The service is very good and they actually wait on you! From Rack to Dressing room . Helping you make good choices and getting the right sizes. My Favorite Jeans are here too! FNJ. French Dressing Jeans! Plus it’s always fun to go Downtown!

The staff here is the best! They remember us even though we've only been in a few times. They're helpful and genuine. This is a great place for a little glam and country. They have everything from cowboy hats and boots to Kendra Scott. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the other "western" themed stores.

Today, I got a call from Susan telling me about their VIP Sale and making sure I got my email from them. The kindness of the employees here never fails to amaze me! I appreciated her taking the time to call me and really appreciated her getting someone to help me figure out sizing for some boots before I placed my order! So excited to get my goodies in the mail! I was even able to snag some pants for my boyfriend with my order! #supportlocal

This store is amazing and it smells heavenly! They have great prices on leather apparel and it’s all so soft. They also have a great selection of men’s and women’s brands that you won’t find many other places. The staff creates a friendly and welcoming environment which is special to people traveling from all over the world. We will be back because of how warmly we were treated. Fort Worth’s Sundance Square has a gem with this boutique.

shopped here on small business Saturday, and loved it. Bought three pairs of booties! Three!! Customer service was awesome. If I lived here (I live in San Diego), I would totally shop here all the time!
