Here we are, a great CVS. Friendly helpful staff and the products you expect in a CVS. I needed to swap a product out after scanning at the till, the team member sorted it out and took the product back to the shelf (I offered) she said it was no worries. Faith restored, just too swapping Fortworth in place of Dallas.

I just visited the CVS in Fort Worth and my cashier, Itzel, was awesome. 10/10. Give her a raise. Not kidding. So respectful and helpful. Would definitely come back to this CVS.

A big thank you to the overworked and underappreciated pharmacist Amy. Both times I popped in, she was helping multiple patients at a time. When my insurance wasn't working, she didn't just give up, she told me to come back in the morning. When I did, she had it all sorted.

Love the store! It's so convenient if you live or work downtown with a great variety and selection of items. I will definitely be a frequent customer. The management is very nice and takes suggestions for what items to carry in store!

Typical CVS – good place if you are staying downtown and need ‘stuff’. One of the few two-story CVS we have seen.

Just had to say how much I appreciate the staff @ the CVS on Houston st. -- absolutely the best group of the NICEST Pharmacists I've ever met at a CVS; especially all the women who work here, they are *ALWAYS* incredibly friendly, intelligent, outgoing, helpful, & seem to always go out of their way to assist me with my scrips/payment being too high, insurance (& calling to remind me to get my license renewed!), etc. Forgive me I am absolutely terrible with names, but they're all SO lovely and clearly care about their work/what they do, and are so beyond helpful with their customers.
Definitely 5 stars for each person on this team, especially all of these great women.🙏🏻

This CVS pharmacy is amazing. Everyone at this location is welcoming. We went here for our covid vaccines. It was super easy to get signed up online. The pharmacist was incredibly nice. We quickly got our shots and were out in no time. This is hands down my new favorite CVS location.

I was getting no where fast with area CVS locations as I am on the 3rd use of the OTC card for my mom's quarterly benefit. I was looking for product that should have arrived days ago, now mom's out and I'm trying to shop for OTC products by phone. I don't know what I don't know. But, I called this store and I found someone willing to provide a stellar customer experience. I couldn't believe a manager was looking through the catalog trying to help mom get what she needs! He mad a long story much shorter! I will always remember CVS because of this experience.

Shakira, the pharmacist, is very friendly and helpful. She kindly looked up insurance info and made our Rx affordable. She is amazing!

The Pharmacist Shawn was very helpful due to me leaving my medicine in Georgia and I had to proceed on with an emergency temporary transfer of prescription. One of my prescription was expired & he immediately put in a request to my Doctor for an updated prescription. He greeted me with a smile & conversation. Even the cashier on the first floor was very informative & nice!! I had a Great Experience!!

This CVS is awesome it even has an upstairs and elevator with the stairs being so cool looking, the staff here are super friendly especially Stephanie O, she signed me up with Care Pass and saved me some money and I had an extra coupon so I got an awesome deal. The store is very clean even the bathrooms, it has everything you need in a brilliant location, it stays busy.

This downtown location is rather convenient. The employees are friendly and informative. It's well stocked, however the prices are a little higher than other locations. It does have an upstairs, but there is an elevator in the very back left corner.

I had a great experience at the store. I was able to find everything I was looking for fast friendly associates. Great location.

Amy, the pharmacist has exceptional customer service. Providers need to take a page from her book.
