Best/nicest people around. Group rides out of here are welcoming and approachable (if you're clad in lycra and like pushing yourself a bit 😝). 10/10, stop in and at least get an espresso and talk with the shopkeep.

Dropped off my 2008 road bike for some serious work (sticky shifter, in need of new bottom bracket, chain, cassette, chainrings, cables and housing, tires). Phil was very reasonable with the pricing and never tried to upsell me on any of the parts. Bike feels great and shifters are working like new. Nice attention to detail on the cabling. Overall, a pro job on everything. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of service or repairs.

Stopped in unannounced for a quick brake adjustment and they fixed it on the spot. Super friendly and they took care of 2 or 3 other issues they spotted while I was there. Quick, professional and great value. I had to persuade them to take more money! Cannot recommend enough. At last a good bike shop in the Palisades.

My husband and I were getting ready to ride the full GAP/C&O and had some nagging issues with our bikes. Guy got them in great shape so they cruised like champs all through the rocks and bumps of the C&O, for days. We’re regular customers, but this round deserved an extra shout-out. Great results, communication, timely, fair pricing. The Palisades is very lucky to have Buna Bikes here!!

Dropped bike in for a chain change and new rear mech- picked up next day. Phil is great, no upselling, just a friendly smile, and a “we got you attitude”. Highly recommend and will continue to support.

It really is a good feeling to find a independent bike shop that puts their customers first. Open 7 days a week which makes it extremely convenient and there when you need it. Fil built my full carbon tubeless wheel set as well. Great shop!

Fantastic bike shop. I came in during a ride for an emergency chainring bolt repair. They fixed issue, and while doing so adjusted my derailleur. I was back on the road in no time.

They just earned my long term business - This will be my bike shop from here on out. Highly recommended.

Could not recommend highly enough. I called at 7am on a Saturday morning with an emergency repair needed and was in and out of the shop in minutes – Guy even held up their Saturday morning group ride to help fix the bike. Truly went above and beyond – this is the bike shop to go to!
