2020 Market Scratch Kitchen & Bar

The service and food here was really great. It's a little out of my way but I hope to return the frost chance I get. It definitely has a Farm To Table feel, tastes style, etc to it (as they claim). Everything tasted so fresh and balanced and even the items that seemed a little uncommon were such a culinary treat! It's hard to describe the food (is how good it was!) The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely request Matea as our person again as we sat in her section and her demeanor was so professional and she was so knowledgeable; her table checks were timed so perfectly and she even helped with some of the recommendations on the menu when we couldn't decide on some items.

I would highly recommend stopping here at least once

Parking isn't terrible but it isn't great so come ready to valet or walk about a block or two (which I knew this before trekking in heels! But it was worth it!)

Came for the first time today, and have no complaints! All their food looked delicious. My husband and I shared the appetizer of the steak nachos and got the chicken parm and the chicken sandwich. Everything tasted so fresh! Our server was sweet and attentive. We got our food quickly and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Definitely will be coming back! Also parking was a bit harder to come by in that area, so we parked in the north lot past the Orange Theory a few doors down.

This place is amazing! Great drinks, appetizers, food and dessert. There was a hostess named Melanie who was so kind and our server was engaging and funny. The atmosphere was very clean and friendly staff. The manager came by to say hi and see how our food and service was. This is a MUST to visit. We will be back again.

2020 Market provides a stellar product and stellar service! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out, the service was excellent. The food speaks for itself. The first bite of everything was breathtaking! My country fried steak was seasoned to perfection, and the breading was perfect! The sides were all mouth watering, and the salmon was, "Oh my God!" I love the fact that 2020 is a scratch restaurant and uses locally produced ingredients. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back.

We came by for lunch on a Saturday and there was no wait! The restaurant is clean and bright, with high ceilings and local artwork throughout the rooms. They have outdoor seating available in an enclosed patio, bar seating and regular booths and tables. The farm style and Texas decor make the restaurant feel very homey. Our waitress was nice as was the rest of the staff. The food was delicious and came out quick! My kids got the chicken tenders and grilled cheese, my husband got the eggs benedict, and I got the chicken sandwich. Everything tasted wonderful and fresh! We will be back again and will bring out of town guests to enjoy as well!

Really great food. The bar service was slow tonight but our server was super friendly and nice. I had the Oscar steak. It was great but it lacked the lump crab. The cheese fondue was delicious. And the ribs looked insane. Had the brownie sundae at the end and that was a perfect way to end a dinner.

Friend in from California. We wanted one more good meal. 2020 Market was a great choice. We sat on the patio and had a lovely lunch.

Outstanding food and service! First time here. Grabbed a quick lunch with a coworker and had an awesome meal. I started with the carrots soup with cotija cheese...deliciousness! Their citrus salmon and fresno salad was amazing. My buddy had the burger with fries. Cooked to order, but again, he likes shoe leather beef. The staff was friendly and attentive. Had a great conversation with the owner regarding their food.
Next time we're in town, this will be our first food stop!

I rarely give 5 stars. Scratch Kitchen does not disappoint. I believe it s the exceptional service on top of the menu choices. Sabrina is a top notch server! She was attentive, competent and friendly. Great Farm to Table Menu. Not sure that you can order anything that isn't yummy. Salmon was particularly delicious and flavorful.

Wonderful experience!! The food was Amazing and the appetizers are enough for a lunch or smaller meal. I can only imagine how big the main meals are.

The shrimp ravioli is really delicious, as well as the pork ribs. And the sweet potato fries are AWESOME! Just perfectly fried and so fresh and hot. The slaw with my pork ribs was a bit salty, but that is probably just a difference in preference.

We had a wonderful experience with Gracie as our waitress, and I hope to come back next time we are in the area!

Absolutely amazing meal. Food was great. Waiter and hostess were attentive and professional. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. KUDOS guys for a great job!!

Matt was our waiter, he was so kind and funny. It was our first night in Georgetown and wanted to grab a bite to eat. My mom and I shared the Brussel sprouts and the pork chop dinner, it was so good. We closed down the restaurant with the delicious bread pudding 🤌chef thanks for your hard work...YUM!!!

Before we left we asked Matt for some recommendations and he didn't disappoint 😁 excited for our day!

This place shocked me. The staff was on point. The service is amazing. Very friendly, helpful on their toes. Make you are taken care of. Food was beyond what I was expecting. The red chili had flavor and had a little heat. The nachos were some of the best I have had. Overall, it's a great place to go.

Staff are all friendly. We were seated quickly. The menu had a little of everything. We started with the queso fries, delicious…we ordered another one. Brussels sprouts were tasty, but a little chewy. The pork chop was highly suggested. Large portion with an apple compost topping. I enjoyed the chicken Parmesan. Very enjoyable evening.

This was recommended to us by friends... and they weren't wrong! Friendly greeting by our server, Sydney, and there were smiles all around for the remainder of our experience. Food was delicious and had a flavor that is distinctly their's with no apparent attempt to copy any of the other local places we've been. We will certainly be back after seeing all the different meals that were enjoyed by the other guests around us... I saw nothing I wasn't drooling over and already thinking about for our next visit.

The food was delicious. The Garden omelette was fantastic!

First experience was fantastic. Fast, efficient and friendly service. The food was prepared in a crafted fashion that was visually appealing and delicious. There was minimal wait to be seated since we made reservations a couple days in advance. Although not quiet and cozy, the atmosphere was open, airy and a very nice change of pace for a special meal. Highly recommended.

Update Feb. 2022: Visited again for a beautiful Valentine's dinner. Everything was just as anticipated from our first experience, nearly perfect. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Drinks were unique and well prepared. Food was exceptional in every respect. Keep up the great work!

This place hit on every level. Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere and great food. We stopped in the night before for a late dessert (chocolate brownie and ice cream) and vowed to make it back for lunch.

We tried their Humble Rooster and a BBQ burger. There is nothing humble about that sandwich. A decent amount of heat in the chicken coating, solid pepper gravy and served with jalapeño grits. Possibly my favorite thing I have eaten in months. The burger was great too (a hint of dill in that BBQ sauce that was refreshing. )

I wish I lived closer but it might save me on buying a new belt. Will return again.

The atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. Our waiter was good. The pineapple mimosa was great. My husband didn’t care too much for the lemonade. My children had fresh apple juice was delicious. The food was delicious. It arrived hot and fresh. Our experience there was great. I will come to visit.
