My first time here was today, and after speaking with Jonathan Castle by phone a few times, I must say that I was impressed.
Jon was friendly and knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I had but was not overbearing or pushy.
I test drove a KIA Telluride, and it was everything I had read about. It's no wonder it has received a 10/10 by Car & Driver the last 3 years in a row. I am pretty certain that this will be my next ride.
The facility was clean and spacious. The staff were courteous and came to greet me. The selection was good, and going for a test drive was easy and hassle free.
Ask for Jonathan Castle. He's a great salesman and is very respectful and easy to converse with. I recommend giving them a look.

When my mother's old car's engine failed in Ashland, KY, I suggested she consider the new Kia Forte. I have a K5, and the Forte has a similar sporty design but is a little smaller and more affordable. Living in Arizona, I researched dealerships in the Tri-State area and discovered Dutch Miller Kia. They have a lot of 5-star reviews from other customers, so I recommended them to my mom.

Our experience with Dutch Miller Kia was exceptional, thanks to the efforts of two outstanding employees. Initially, we were assisted by Jason, who guided us through the details of buying the Kia Forte. He was off the next day, so Elmer stepped in and did a fantastic job selling my mom the car. He even sent photos for my wife and I to see. My mother is absolutely delighted with her new car, and we owe a big thank you to the team at Dutch Miller Kia for their impeccable service.

My husband and I had an AMAZING experience at Dutch Miller Kia. Gavin Stewart was very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Went in just to look around yesterday and found the perfect car for me, thanks to Alex Cooper. Everyone was so nice and helpful to make sure my payments were affordable, and my warranty coverage was what I needed for my driving habits. They made the process easy for me and explained everything, so I didn't stress about anything. I love my car!

I was really impressed with the customer service from everyone. I know there job is and was try and sell me a new car. But I felt they really cared about my wants and needs. Mark worked to get me with a payment that I was comfortable with. My salesman Marcus was awesome we communicated numerous times via email and phone. He was quick to respond didn’t have to wait hours or days for him to respond back. I had my daughter and granddaughter with me and it was chilly and rainy Marcus brought the vehicle inside the service area to show us all the features on the Sportage that I was interested in. Shout out to Sales Professional Alex Cooper. I seen a used vehicle online that we were really interested in. We gave our info to Mr. Cooper. He did not try to upsell us and took care of us in a very timely and professional manner. He gave us exactly what we wanted and the payments we wanted. I'm not used to this. Most dealers will try to sell you a more expensive vehicle that meets your price range and not what you want. I will definitely be back in the future. As the only authorized Kia dealer in Cabell Co., WV, this location dealership has quite the reputation of good customer service and always rotating new & used inventory. Sales Reps are friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable on the Kia product lines! Highly recommend CJ Blosser! Great for parts & accessories to customize one's ride and to ensure quality factory service.

I drove 30 miles to pick up the part they ordered only to find they had ordered the wrong part. A different person was at the counter, and she got on her computer and discovered the same part was in stock at a local auto parts store. She even provided the part number. I was able to get the right part and avoid another 60 mile round trip. We purchased this Kia Soul new from them in 2011,and this was the first actual repair needed at 99,000 miles. Happiness in general about these folks.

Alex Cooper is an amazing salesman. He always responded to my messages and answered all of my concerns. He was very kind, honest, and courteous. I appreciate his hard work in getting me my brand new 2022 K5. I absolutely love it. I will highly recommend him to all of my friends who are looking to buy. Give Alex a raise! He deserves it! He educated me very well on all of the features of my K5 and made me feel comfortable about my purchase.
