The groomers at this store(Barboursville, WV) were so good with my dog. They listened to what I wanted and my girl was beautiful! I would highly recommend them.

Okay so I want to update from 4 starts to 5 stars. I took my dog Ziggy to his first groomers appointment here and Sara did amazing! Will recommend this place to anyone that wants to get there dogs or cats groomed and shop for.

I HIGHLY recommend pet supplies for dog grooming & etc. They treated my dog like their own .I showed up before they notified me that they were done and walked around the store picking up a few bags of treats , and I saw how they was treating my dog . They didn’t know I was even there. They was talking and loving on her . My Husky Nala doesn’t let anyone trim her nails without a muzzle and she let them young ladies. She was so happy and loving when I picked her up . Normally she is trying to get out and act afraid at other places. “ I’m not saying other places where mean to her either”. Just saying she act totally different.

I have trouble getting down in my shower to bath my lab mix. But self service grooming was in hurricane and that's a drive with gass prices. So I was very happy to have one put in closer. There shampoo was good I used oatmeal they did have desheding sensitive and one for smell. I used the oatmeal and smell mixed and they were good shampoos. Of course you can bring your own. My two critics I have are they have tiled step up into the wash basin and the steps are quite large. For my dog who is 14 years old with a former CCL injury she slipped on the tile maybe some non slip grips on the step and floor. Also for myself my dog sometimes can't jump or step well because of her injury she is weakened from it. A movable ramp for large older dogs. Now this in no way will prevent me from bringing my dog back for another wash. The place was clean nice and stocked well. And I'm sure most people unless they have a mobility issue with there animal wouldn't notice what I did. Not criticism just something for the owner/management to look at and think on. They also have a small animal washing station which will save your back for the little ones.

I have a rescue dog that I've had for over 11 years. Grooming has always been a nightmare because he gets "triggered". His groomer, Sara, was amazing with him. She was patient and kind and he got the haircut he needed. They all are sweet and kind there and you can they really love animals 😊

The lady who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be coming back for further pet needs!

I recently took my 5 month old Australian Labradoodle for grooming and Tshawna did an excellent job! Thanks for easing our concerns with his first cut and being knowledgeable about your services and the process. We will definitely return.

I had the best experience taking 2 of my 3 Fur Babies to have their nails trimmed.
The 3 Girls in the Grooming area were sweet, informative and very gentle with my 16 year old Chihuahua and 13 year Pomeranian. Checkout was easy and the whole staff was super nice . I will definitely be a repeat customer.🐾

I’ve always been hesitant about taking my Animals to store with because they are so timid but after a friend took her animal to Pet Supply plus I had to give it a shot as soon as we walked in the door we were met by the friendliest staff that I have ever experienced they were very knowledgeable and made my Tinker Bell feel so loved the Manager Erin was so helpful to us and she even asked my permission before giving my tinker Treats thank you so much Erin and the rest of the staff at Pet supply Plus Tink Tink and my self will see you guy again soon

The staff and the store itself are great. However, I believe they can do better when it comes to feeder insects. The count is never correct as some are dead or completely missing overall. I want to support locals, I don't have this problem when ordering insects online, from a small business.

This store while it is not cheaper than your local grocer, they offer a massive selection for every one of your critters needs from your dog to the snake. We adopted our new baby boy Thor while here and it's very evident he is VERY well taken care of. The young lady who helped us had top tier customer service, she was amazing. Definitely will be coming back for the dog baths and my other pet needs.

Pet Supplies is awesome. Andrea did an amazing job grooming my golden doodle (who usually comes back looking a little silly) and he looked the best he ever has after a grooming! Allison the new manager is amazing as well! You won’t be disappointed with the costumer service!
