7-Eleven

I stop in this 7- Eleven location almost every Sunday evening. The place is nice and clean, items are stocked and there is usually the same cashier working whose name is Taron. He is awesome! He is courteous, nice, and ALWAYS willing to help me with anything I need! I very much appreciate him and the customer service he delivers! Thanks 7-Eleven for having such a great man working for your company!

I love this store. And I am extremely loyal to this store. But I'm telling you what, there is one cashier there, the plump guy with glasses and beard, he is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered in customer service. From the first time I met him he has been an absolute Joke. Laziest person Ever. Refuses to do anything but stand at the register and MEAN MUG everyone in the store. Won't make pizzas for you don't even ask, cause apparently hes the only employee that doesn't have to serve the customer. This is the sole reason I don't go in there much anymore. Its a shame too because the male manager is really nice, and cares about customers but has this loser that works there that drives customers away. SMH

I fuel 2 vehicles at this location weekly at a minimum due to the Shell brand and Kroger loyalty program. Their modern pumps are a disgrace. They were installed new just a few years ago, but have never been cleaned or wiped down. The keypads, selection buttons and pump handles should be wiped down several times daily, but appear to never have been. The trash cans are usually overflowing. I'm going to quit going here because it is so nasty.

The cashiers literally act like they'd rather be doing anything else besides ringing you up. The store is at a busy corner and it can really suck getting back on the road sometimes, forget if you have to go left it ain't happening.

Had been driving 3 hr on a very necessary trip. Stopped here, filled up with gas then learned they had their bathrooms locked. I should have bought gasoline at Sheets where the bathrooms were open.

The big tree that works here knows nothing about what he guard dogs behind counter terrible customer service.

Ran out of gas. Wouldn't let me borrow a gas can and instead wanted to charge me 16.00 for a can
