Always I have great experience in any Pilot branch. Yesterday was different, It wasn’t by fault of any pilot workers. It was for a dumb driver, who parked the truck on the scale, while he was taken a breakfast at the Wendy restaurant. By fault of these guy I wasted the exact 30 minute window to get on time to the delivery location. This guy lack of common sense.

Very nice people, good showers, nice store, wendys, near advance auto parts, small parking lot, very full.

Stopped in to get a shower, Fuel & a truck wash across the street. Arrived at 6pm & parking was already full but only waited about 3 minutes before my shower was ready, even though the app said there were 3 people ahead of me.
Shower itself was the cleanest I've had at any truck stop in a very long time(Pilot Flying J, or otherwise). Surprisingly, there wasn't even calcium or mineral deposits on the shower head or handle. Just spotless & shiny chrome! Water pressure was excellent,too! Props to the younger guy taking care of the showers, He needs a raise for going above & beyond his job responsibilities!
Definitely marking this as a must visit again location & FYI... the Streakin Beacon & "Shawn" did an awesome job on my truck as well

I read all the post but nothing like that I experienced but yet again I stopped at 4:00am shower we’re clean n dry

We stopped without an appointment on our way to Virginia with our newly purchased ambulance. The mechanics were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They solved the problem we requested they fix and in the process saw a potential hazard in the wiring harness - it was being damaged by a loose belt. They pointed it out and fixed it quickly. Highly recommend the team here and would definitely return again.

I love this place. They now have very friendly staff, and great selections. I use their app for really great (often free) deals. The regular sausage gravy breakfast pizza is my favorite food they make in store. Sadly, it has not been there lately so I'm wondering if it's not even a thing anymore..

The morning staff are always nice, especially Sharon, she's the BEST! Coffee is always fresh and hot and other beverages are readily available. The place is clean and you don't see employees just standing around, they are always doing something. If you need help, they are there to assist you as well.

I LOVE THE COFFEE!! They have milk for my coffee! I travel a lot and always look for pilot truck stops. They have the perfect amount of people working. Bathroom are clean, store is stocked, coffee is fresh, GAS was cheaper than most. Good quality gas.

This is my go-to place when I am going down South for hunting this is exactly my halfway point I managed to stop here every single time I make sure that I grab myself a fresh hot slice of pizza and I usually give a piece away to one of the girls behind the counter they have a great two for five deal as well as they have a Wendy's attached to this pilot. The bathrooms are very clean as well I heard the showers are in good condition as well lots of parking you can easily get in there with a semi RV or any toy hauler

Very clean store. The young men that worked there were very vigilant, caring, nice, and cheerful. They seemed happy to be at work and had no problem helping us find what we need.
As usual, the price of convenience is a bit high, but if you need it, you need it!

Good values, bar choices and food. Went for food and a couple of drinks. There is a game room in the back. Seems to be a popular place for locals of all types. Burgers were great! Check it out!

Always fast and friendly customer service. A great stop for snacks beverages or emergency phone chargers. I'm here basically daily and never have complaints about the staff or the merchandise. Truly one of the best places I visit daily.

Very clean & friendly staff .... It's a long drive from Arizona to Indiana, lots of gas & potty stops ... I make a point of stopping here every trip. Sadly, it's rare to experience great customer service "on the road", but this place goes over the top & they even remembered me!
Nice to know people still do take pride in their work!

Always a friendly and very helpful bunch of people. Nice Selection of fresh and aged cheeses. Delicious cheese spread also. Love shipping options also. Highly recommend this Wisconsin Cheese Shop. They are always making delicious Cheese Curds that are incredibly packed with flavor.

Great coffee. Sumatra dark roast beans + Himalayan decaf was superb. An attendant helped my wife figure out how to make the coffee. And this Packer fan on his way home to Wisconsin from Florida was greeted by a another Packer fan, who was a manager at the store. And she lived in Illinois. How about that? We got home safely thanks to Pilot people.

Kyland (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) who works in the shop at the Pilot was AMAZING. I locked myself out of my truck and his effort to get me back into my truck was UNMATCHED! Even though he didn’t charge anything and I only had a $20, I wouldve gave him more. Despite the temperature outside, he jumped onto the job and got me back into my truck in no time! He saved me life and I just can’t thank him enough!
