Wonderful service from beginning to delivery. Jeff was so helpful without pressuring. Later when I wanted pictures of the base, Brian sent pictures. The delivery was smooth and easy. The frame and mattress were set up just the way we wanted. I have no complaints at all!

Brian was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable of his products, but was not a "pushy salesman" that hovered. He allowed me plenty of time to test out the mattresses that I wanted to compare. It was an excellent experience for an extremely important purchase. Being a smaller company, they were able to work with me on incentives. This was my 2nd experience with the Hoover store since the first time was also a good experience. They stand behind their products.

Jeff was quick to help and offered several price points for us. He was so kind to put a movie on for the kids while we tried multiple options, which took some pressure off us! We were in and out in 15 minutes with a new mattress!

This is the easiest 5-star review that I've ever written. In fact, I wish I could give Mr. Jeff six stars.

Mr. Jeff helped us find our perfect mattress despite us walking in having no idea what we wanted outside of a "better mattress". He was incredibly professional, informative, and patient as we looked through multiple options.

As an added bonus, he also entertained our 1.5 yr old while we shopped which really made us feel welcome as a family and enhanced our general shopping experience.

All in all, we are happy with our purchase (great value and price), and fully plan to return to Mr. Jeff for any future sleeping/mattress needs. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a great shopping experience and a satisfying purchase.

Trying to think of something clever to say that would stand out but I can’t. Bottom line is Jeff was fantastic to deal with. No pressure. He was more concerned with our comfort than anything else. When we have to buy more beds we will buying from him.

Salesman was very pleasant and cordial. Knew his product and recommended several mattresses to try based on our preferences. Gave us a fair price and arranged for delivery and disposal of our current mattress.

I came in looking for a warranty replacement for a mattress I bought two years ago. They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable to my needs since I've had two back surgeries and needed a very good source of support. They handled everything and hopefully have solved all my problems.

Craig Thoftne was amazing he provided fantastic customer service while shopping at the Hoover store. He normally works at the Trussville store but was filling in for somebody. He helped us earlier in the year (October) when we were interested in purchasing a Purple matress. Due to an unfortunate family emergency involving a bad car wreck my mother was in we were unable to get the mattress. Late December when our lives went back to normal we went back to purchase the mattress and Chraig remembered us when we walked through the door. Craig was OUTSTANDING!! He was able to get us the mattress we wanted at the best possible price. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on the products that he offered through Bedz Express and was not one of those pushy salespersons that everyone tries to avoid. Craig set up everything and he even had the mattress delivered to our front door before we woke up the next day!! Due to Craig and his amazing ability to provide great customer service he has gained loyal costomers for many years to come.

If you’re thinking about buying a mattress online stop and read this review. My husband and I were about to spend 3K on a nectar mattress and traditional bedding set up. I convinced him to see who carried the mattress brand and go try out all of them in person. When we walked through the door we were immediately greeted and welcomed in all things perfect with southern hospitality. Jeff, the Specialist, because that’s what he is! Did such an amazing job. He was thorough in the assessment of what type of bed we needed based on health concerns and coordinated that with what felt perfect to our bodies. Hit us with the bells and whistles we wanted for our new bed, perfectly picked for us, delivery handled, kids bed handled, warranty and the pillows! This isn’t like walking into a furniture store and no one helps you. This was a crafted experience. Jeff, I applaud you. You’ve made us a very happy family.

This is the third mattress I’ve bought from Jeff at the Hoover Bedzzz Express—and each time he’s been wonderful! He’s very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions! I’m so looking forward to the upcoming delivery of my new Tempur-Pedic!

Mattress Jeff is so great at what he does! He cares so much about how you're going to sleep at night that he will guide you on the path to what you need, he's never pushy and he loves feedback. I really thought about buying a mattress online to avoid talking but he made this process so smooth and I'm so glad I picked a mattress in the store!
