I went at a good time. There were no crowds and store movement was easy.

I am a quick and lazy packer so I needed some things when I came to AL for a business trip. I really like the store. So many things I wanted to buy but couldn’t because of my carry on suitcase. No room. Line was a little long but not too long of a wait. Store was organized and clean. Customer service was standard.

We LOVE TJMAXX! We found alot that we don't have at our local store and the cashier was really nice. I wish I got his name to give him a shout out!

Young lady at the jewelry counter was very helpful. She noticed my rewards card with America's First Federal C.U and asked if I used my points. Left out of there not having to pay used my points for my purchase. Definitely over and beyond she didn't have to do that.

No wait in line and very friendly, knowledgeable staff! Great selection of cologne and accessories as well as name brand clothing.

Soo busy. Parking lot is hard to get out of. Store prices are great and it's hard to leave without something. They've expanded to have more than just clothes. Some furniture and household items now.
Wait lines can be slow sometimes.

This store is better organized than most TJMaxx stores I have been to. No random piles of clothes or other items lying around. The staff was actively tidying when I was there, and were really nice. It was very busy at the time. Check out went smoothly and relatively quickly despite the crowds.

Excellent customer service! Every register open, even a Manager was on a register! Huge line, but it barely took 5 minutes to get checked out! Fantastic!

Great selection of designer clothing. You have to look. It doesn’t always jump out at you but if you look you will find. They have great luggage and handbags too. Their home section has tons of finds and the sale stuff is great

This particular TJ Maxx is very well-stocked. It is clean and organized. The workers are very nice and helpful. The sizes were marked correctly and hanging in the correct spots. The location is great because it is about 2 mi North on the Riverchase Galleria on the main Highway. It is close to restaurants and other businesses that many people frequents often. The hours are great because they close a little later than most department stores which gives us more time to shop. All of my experiences at this location have been very pleasant.

I just moved in the city. I bought my groceries and cleaning products here for the first time. I'm very happy that I did. I love Target and will continue to shop here for my groceries in the near future. Store was very clean.

Wow great store great deals and friendly service

Helpful staff and great prices, we shop here almost every week! They have a nice selection of canvas art and decorations that changes constantly so there's always something new.

I have to share my experience with the store. I went in to take a look around and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this location. It was still a bit cluttered as all TJ Maxx locations typically are but set up nicely. The check out line was a bit long but the cashiers got through it quickly. My cashier gave me some of the nicest/best customer service that I have ever experienced. She interacted with my son and myself and she went above and beyond her job title. I believe her name was Mrs. Angela and she deserves the recognition for this review. I have had plenty of negative experiences with TJ Maxx customer service and that was not the case on May 2nd at 4:55. Thank you for being so great and I hope they promote you or give you a raise!

My favorite store! Great clothing, although the men's department needs larget sizesand better selection. Great items for gifts, house and pets!

I found some of the best deal right here, try to go Wednesdays and Thursdays when they Restock, also have the credit Card which give me many point for the in store purchases only

Update: 01/27/22 be careful if yoy have the credit card with Synchroni bank, i dis not use it 3 months and canceled my card without notice, this may hurt your credit , make sure is a good option for yoy to have this card
