CertaPro Painters of Central, IL

I contracted with CertaPro in October of 2023 for a 1925 four-square, clapboard siding home in an historic district, and signed a contract, but there was a possibility that winter would come too soon, and it did. By Thanksgiving, we knew the job would be need to be scheduled in the spring of 2024. Promptly in April, they sent out a crew from Victor's Painting that power washed, scraped, caulked, primed, and applied two coats of paint to a house and garage with many unusual features, including lattice work, many spots with newly replaced siding boards, and a lot of flaking and issues from years without a thorough paint job. The crew was meticulous in every way, and worked long hours, early mornings or into the evening as necessary to work around spotty showers and weather forecasts. They also worked with me to use already purchased paint for the separate garage. I was super pleased with the team that was sent out.

CertaPro truly transformed our house! We had a great experience from beginning to end. Kaleb showed up timely for our appointment even though there had just been a snow storm and the roads weren’t in the best condition. He gave us the estimate before he left that day! Nikole answered any question I had before and during the process. And Arturo did an amazing job prepping and painting the house. I am very impressed all around and would highly recommend! From start to finish we couldn't have been happier with our choosing CertaPro. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Matt and his crew clearly took pride in their work, and exceeded our expectations when the project completed earlier than expected. I wish the photos I attached did justice to the quality of work they performed. My wife and I are more than pleased with the end result. I had some electrical work done in my basement and needed to have a few holes patched and painted afterwards. CertaPro did an exceptional job. Aussie Dave came out and did all the work and he was an amazing human being. He was quick and efficient but also did the work with a great attitude. Very happy to have him around and would definitely have him back if I ever needed more work done.

I hired CertaPro to help me with 2 painting projects at my home. They were professional from start to finish. I was able to do the estimate via Facetime. The paint crew worked efficiently and did fantastic work! They treated my home with care, covering floors and furniture - and cleaning up whey they were done. Painting is something that I could have done myself, but I can guarantee that everyone who saw my work would have known I did it myself! I am so happy to look at these perfectly trimmed paint jobs and feel it was worth every penny to hire CertaPro for these projects.

Matt’s crew did an awesome job. They are true professionals. Very prompt and efficient; showing up at the agreed start time as expected and working until the last minute (8:00-4:30). They were courteous and introduced themselves as they came in. The quality of their work was top notch. We had them painting trim, doors, walls, and ceiling. Not a spot was missed nor a mess made. We didn’t even find little splatter spots from the roller, which never happens. I would highly recommend Matt’s crew to anyone needing house painting.

CertaPro did a great job on the exterior of our home! I do a lot of painting myself and I'm picky about the details, but they did a terrific job keeping clean, crisp lines between the dark trim and the light house. Very pleased!

We had most of our house painted and cracks in our walls fixed, following foundation repairs. Certa pro did a nice job fixing dry wall and painting. We had minor issues with the work, following an inspection and they came out and fixed the issues without any additional charges or complaints. The walls look great.

After getting multiple quotes for my basement paint project over the span of a couple months, I decided to go with Certa Pro and I could not be happier with my decision!

Every aspect of the whole process/project was tremendous. I felt like I was in good hands from my initial walk-through of my project, all the way through to completion.

One key aspect for me was the incredibly detailed proposal, Brendan, the sales manager put together. Knowing exactly what I was getting for each room of the project was huge for me.

Then during the actual project days, Mike and his team were always on time, courteous and enjoyable to talk to, and focused on making sure every detail was finished to the best of their ability. I was in awe of the quality work (and efficiency in which they did it). We had an excellent experience with CertaPro Painters of Central Illinois, for some exterior trim painting and touch ups on our house, in preparation for selling it. From the initial consultation to the estimate to the color selection to the painting to the clean up, everything was handled in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. We were very pleased with the paint job, and neighbors also commented on how good it looked. They also met our timetable for the marketing of our house, which was VERY important to us.

My mother hired Certapro to paint her condo. The painter showed up (Jacob) and began painting. He came across some issues that needed to be addressed for the paint job to turn out high qaulity. It was going to cost 400 dollars more. My mom called me and told me it’s going to cost more. I will be honest, I thought maybe they were just upping the estimate to take advantage of a senior citizen. I called Certapro and spoke with Mike. Mike met me there and went over what was raising the cost. There was residue all over the walls and I knew that was true because I removed the wallpaper. Mike was very professional and went over the cost room by room on the extra primer expenses. After getting all of the detail, I thought the increase labor was actually very reasonable. The paint job on all of the rooms turned out amazing. I would recommend Mike , Jacob and their crew to everyone. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Great Job! Very professional worked fast and the communication was great also. There was a spot that had soaked in more and I could see old paint notified them and they promptly came out and touched it up. Very pleased with the whole process they actually showed up a few weeks before I was told they were gonna start. Highly recommend CertaPro Painters. Competitive prices also.

CertaPro came to a rough canvas, our house being 126 years old, and drastically improved our home. Lino and his team pressure washed, taped, sprayed and rolled the house into shape. Manager Troy is very responsible and takes ownership of the contract and ensures the work is done as promised by visiting our house several times during the whole week.
