Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I am very happy with their services. I had a flood in my house and they were able to come same day and even sat with me going over everything and assisting me at 10pm. Doug Jaeger was the first person I met with. From there he had assistance from Osvaldo and Julio. They were great. They were able to safely come and go to continuously check on the equipment without any complications and we have several animals in the home. 10/10 would recommend this company and these guys to anyone.

I should have done this review a week ago. JP is phenomenal! Definitely knows his stuff. He was very nice and respectful. He fixed our problem and We are very happy with the work he did.

Made one simple phone call and within the hour roto rooter was at my door. The tech Gabe, was professional and courteous. The service was great. He fixed the problem and he gave suggestions on any issues with that may have in the future. Will surely recommend them.

Would highly recommend! When my place flooded they were very prompt and professional. They were at my place within an hour or so of me calling. I would like to single out Mike Aguirre the field supervisor who was extremely helpful in working with the insurance to help get things resolved. I truly appreciate his professionalism and couldn't recommend enough.

The plumber arrived very quickly after I placed the call. He was very personable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
He solved my problem quickly and I felt that the price was very reasonable.
We will call them again when the need arises.

Gabriel came out this morning to rod out my pipes and did an EXCELLENT job. Very professional and Very Patient at the work that seemed difficult but he got the job done without any complaints. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AND RECOMMEND HIM FOR FUTURE WORK!

They arrived within the window they said they would. Kept me informed of arrival time. They had been here five years ago, so they were able to pull up my records and see what had been done as I was positive It was the same problem this time. Roots overgrow, and get into the sewer line and they need to be routed out. He was able to use a camera after clearing out the roots to tell me basically the trees growing along my property was the problem . Iwas also missing a flapper to keep backflow from coming back in. He showed me exactly where I could get one at Home Depot to avoid higher charges by a plumbing store. I was able to order the part and install it exactly how he told me to would save me additional money. they also had a wonderful food drive going on that if you gave them to non-perishable food items, they gave you a credit of $75. They recommend I have my roots cleaned out every 2 to 3 years. I definitely will be using them again.

I've had a great experience working with Carlos G. I am pleased to say he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Which made me feel very comfortable my issue would be resolved with an expert. Highly recommend Carlos .

Roto Rooter came out on Labor Day within the hour to rod out. The 2 young men they sent were wonderful. They explained every step of what they were doing, were super professional and extremely nice. They took the time to talk to my elderly mom and explain things to her and were very kind. They also were very efficient and everything was fixed and cleaned up within about an hour. They saved our Labor Day holiday from disaster. We have used Roto Rooter several times and always found them to be honest and fair.

I was able to get an appointment right away. It was very easy to schedule and they kept in contact along the way. Both men that came to service my house were kind and knowledgeable.

JP was very professional and knowledgeable with the our complicated plumbing issue and he was able to fix it easily. I would give him 10 stars if I could . Definitely would recommend him.

The Roto-Rooter team was outstanding. I’d recommend them without any hesitation. Jeff arrived within an hour of my emergency call on a Sunday evening. He thoroughly investigated the issue and provided an easy to understand explanation of the problem with multiple solutions. Once we selected the solution, he arranged for the proper team members to assist. Jonathan, Steve, and Jeff arrived at the scheduled time and work diligently for almost 9 hours straight to complete the necessary repairs. They kept me informed of their progress and explained the work. They also took the time to identify and explain other potential issues and provided solutions even though they would not benefit. They will be my first call for any future issues.

They have all aspects of a good business nailed down. From scheduling the appointment online to very thorough communication updates from their dispatch team, I was genuinely surprised to see these systems in place, and so finally tuned for a contractor in general. The technician was outstanding, the main clog was fixed without any further issues. It was pricier than we expected, so time will tell whether the cost was truly worth the service to be completely honest. If our main lines don’t get clogged and we experience no further back ups for at least 12 months, I would pay them for the service every year.
