I am extremely pleased with the excellent work Daniel/Deluxe Roofing Inc. did on my house. During a very windy day, the wind had caused the shingles to fly off my roof. I then reached out to Daniel, in which a friend had highly recommended. Daniel responded to my phone call where we further discussed my roof problem and we set an appointment right away. After a full inspection of my roof, Daniel advised me to call my insurance because he assured me that they would cover for this type of damage. I got in contact with my insurance right away and sure enough they told me they would cover the damage. They also told me that after submitting the claim, there would be an inspector coming to my house. I then asked if Daniel could be present during the inspection as well, and they were perfectly fine with that. I was afraid that I was going to have to pay out of pocket; therefore, I was very happy I took Daniel’s advice in contacting my insurance. Daniel then showed me the numerous of roof and color options Deluxe Roofing Inc. had to offer. Once I picked out my roof, Daniel gave me a full rundown on the installation process. Daniel was very professional with his work and would update me on the progress of my roof. Words can’t explain how happy I am with Daniel and the job Deluxe Roofing Inc. did. During a recent prep to sell my home I realized I needed a new roof. After speaking with multiple contractors for estimates, I called Daniel from Deluxe Roofing. We heard about Deluxe Roofing through my wife's coworker and her husband. Daniel arrived within a few days and gave us a full inspection explaining what was wrong with the roof and how it was caused. It turned out my roof had suffered wind and hail damage from the violent storms we had over the past few years, last year being the worst... At this point Daniel advised me to reach out to my insurance company (I was ready to eat the costs, however he insisted I at least ask), he explained this type of damage is covered under homeowners insurance. So giving it a shot I reached out to my insurance company and scheduled an inspection. I notified Daniel I had reached out and explained I had never submitted a home insurance claim and I had many questions. He assured me that this is common, I had nothing to worry about... I asked if he could be present on the day of inspection this way if I needed clarification he was close, he agreed without any hesitation.

On the day of inspection Daniel and his associate arrived and the inspection went seamlessly. At this point the inspector informed us the roof would need a full replacement due to the wind and hail damage, additionally the siding also needed to be replaced because there were signs of wind and hail damage to these areas as well. All would be covered by my insurance. I couldn't believe it, I almost pulled the money out of my savings to put the roof on! Daniel explained Deluxe Roofing also did siding... This was a huge relief for my wife and I... We picked our roof and siding choices from the options Deluxe Roofing has to offer (which is A LOT!) top quality materials (GAF Timberline shingles) with high ratings and color options that are wonderful. Within a two week time frame (1 day for siding / 1 day for roofing each week) all the work was completed while my wife and I were at work. Every time we called or texted Daniel he either answered of replied back within minutes. We are so happy with our roof, siding and experience with Daniel/Deluxe Roofing I have saved his number in my phone and is the only roofing company I will trust going forward.

We were very satisfied with the work done by the crew at Deluxe Roofing led by Daniel. We had some wind and hail damage to our roof and some shingles had blown off the roof. Daniel came out the day we called to put a tarp over the area where the wood was exposed. He helped us get started with our insurance claim and made himself available when the insurance adjustor was scheduled to look at the damage. Daniel kept us informed throughout the process and was very helpful in picking out the right color roof.

In addition to having the roof replaced, our patio awning was damaged. Daniel worked with the awning company and came out when they were scheduled in case there were any questions or issues.

We know that Daniel is very honest. My husband scheduled him to give us an estimate for a new roof more than a year before our damage occurred and he told us our roof did not need to be replaced at that time.

The work on our roof was done professionally and in a timely manner. I have recommended Deluxe Roofing to several neighbors.

Experienced, Knowledgeable and Honest! We own a 10,000 square foot building in Schaumburg and knew that our roof needed some major repairs. Daniel came out quickly after we called him and his quote was extremely competitive. He was very familiar with the specific type of product that was on our roof and he completed the job quickly and professionally. After he completed this job I found a leak in the sun room at my house. I then called Daniel to come over to take a look. Again, he was very prompt and professional. He was able to quickly fix the leak for a very reasonable price. I have since referred Deluxe roofing to several friends and all have been very pleased with the services that he provides. This was the best home repair/improvement experience we have ever had. Our roof had suffered wind and hail damage requiring complete replacement. Daniel did an unbelievable job in evaluating, planning and executing the job. Because this was replacement due to damage, Daniel guided us through the insurance maze, made sure he was present at the time of the adjuster's visit, and worked tirelessly to get us the maximum reimbursement from the insurance company. He guided our decisions on materials, colors,, etc., and his recommendations were spot on, resulting in numerous compliments from our neighbors. Our roof system was very complicated with multiple dormers and built in balconies with railings incorporated into the roof lines requiring a lot of labor-intensive work to do it right. His workmanship and that of his crew is at the highest level, and his attention to detail is outstanding, including providing custom made metal drip edges unique to our roof's specifications. To do the job right he had to coordinate his efforts with three other separate contractors for insulation, ventilation , and carpentry. He adjusted his schedule as needed to make it happen and brought his crew in on weekends in extremely hot weather to meet a deadline in time for a large family reunion we were hosting. He must have been at our residence at least 20 times over the course of the project. As a retired judge and surgeon, respectively, my wife and I have come to expect and appreciate attention to detail, a high level of performance, and integrity; and Daniel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Daniel and his team are top-notch. In addition to an excellent installation of Timberline shingles, Daniel addressed the flat roof area above our master bedroom (a common Schaumburg home design). My brother-in-law works for a large commercial roofer and confirmed that Daniel's recommendation was the best solution and will last for the significant future. We were lucky to find Daniel who has experience with commercial flat roofs and knows how to provide an affordable residential solution that will last for years.

In addition to Daniel's expertise with flat roof solutions, his team installing the Timberline shingles was fast, efficient, and very courteous to the wife and kids in and out of the home. These guys were very conscientious of the landscaping and keeping the area safe, as well as cleaning up afterwards (the best contractors we've had, in terms of finishing up the job).
