Our first experience with My Travel Agent Inc. was over 19 years ago when Dawn helped us plan our destination wedding and also worked with 25 of our guests to book their travel. We were so impressed that we have continued to work with Dawn and her team to book our annual vacation. She is incredibly knowledgeable, answers all of our questions and provides several recommendations for accommodations for our family to chose from. Dawn’s recommendations are always top notch and we have loved each place we have traveled to. In addition to family vacations, Dawn has helped us plan and book a few vacations with friends. After that trip several of our friends continued to work with Dawn as they too were impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the team was. Highly recommend My Travel Agent Inc!

We needed a travel agent to help us plan our destination wedding to Mexico and we had never used a travel agent before. Dawn was so helpful and amazing as making our big day perfect! She made sure all 50 of our guests got booked and helped everyone with their transfers and any questions they had. She kept us on a timeline and made sure our guests were making all of their payments on time. Then once we got the resort she even surprised us and upgraded our room! It was such a sweet and kind gesture and it made our wedding that much more special. If you are looking for a travel agent for any type of big event I would absolutely recommend using Dawn at My Travel Agent!

I am so happy with my experience with My Travel. Dawn originally helped me with travel arrangements for a London trip with my kids. That trip had to be cancelled due to covid. My deposit was kept in an account for a later date. Dawn called me this Spring to advise United would add to that amount if I took a trip before December. My husband and I decided to take a trip. Dawn stepped in with amazing ideas. We ended up deciding on Barcélo, Riviera Maya, Mexico. It was amazing! This was our first trip out of the country and she made it seamless. From the first with travel arrangements and then with a list of Very helpful hints.
Dawn is the Best travel agent and I will be using her services on all my future hint.

Dawn was extremely patient and helpful in helping us plan our first trip to Greece. All the recommended hotels were in perfect locations and the transfers from island to island were flawless. I'd definitely recommend her and work with her again.

Dawn, Laura and Chaim have always been so helpful in putting together my travels. They help coordinate travel plans with my best friend from my kindergarten years. My wife and I recently found ourselves in a rather desperate travel situation. We needed to find a flight for my Virginia-bound mother-in-law as her connecting flight had been canceled and she was in no position to spend a night in hotel. We tried for hours that morning to find a flight for her back to Chicago with us. We found nothing. We are familiar with My Travel Agent and reached out for help. Alice and Dawn were simply amazing. We don't know how they did it but they quickly managed to find the last seat on the same flight to Chicago that my wife and I were on. In a matter of minutes the flight was booked along with a wheelchair for my MIL. If My Travel Agent was able to do that for us in that short amount of time I can only imagine what they could do to help plan a vacation months in advance! I highly recommend reaching out to them for your next trip. I would expect nothing less than the best from this team!

Dawn was a great source of knowledge helping us arrange our wedding anniversary trip to Aruba. The resort was fabulous and conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The sea was stunning and the weather was beautiful.

However, our flight was cancelled 10 hours before departure and rescheduled one day later. The travel agency was closed. Fortunately, we had purchased travel insurance and the insurance company was so kind and was able to reach out to Dawn, Dawn worked with the resort to modify our 7-day reservation. The next morning, Dawn provided a confirmation from the resort that we could extend our trip one day due to the cancelled/rescheduled flight.

Dawn went beyond our expectations modifying our trip. She’s an outstanding travel agent and we highly recommend her. We definitely will use her again and again.

We went to Punta Cana for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! I so glad we used My Travel Agent! Dawn and Alyce made it effortless to put our trip together. They both are very knowledgeable about destinations and because of their experience we had a great time! We are already playing our next trip with them. I highly recommend this agency.

Dawn is AMAZING! She helped plan a large group trip to Mexico and she was beyond helpful. She was great with talking with everyone and keeping everyone informed. She even handled last minute changes so well. She informed us of any possible issues we would have and was always so quick to answer everyone’s questions. She was open and honest and had real life experiences/knowledge about the places we inquiring about. If she didn’t know an answer she would find out and get back to us super fast! Our group hasn’t had the greatest experiences with travel agents but Dawn I would definitely recommend and use again in the future! She even followed up after the trip to see how it went and asked for pros/cons of the experience in order to help others. If you want to have accurate info and someone who has a wealth of knowledge then this is the best option for you! Great experience! And already using her skills to book another trip soon!

Highly recommend! We just booked our 3rd trip with Dawn and (as always) she was very helpful, prioritized our priorities, and made sure to answer all our questions. She is always great with offering alternate options and providing travel tips. We're fairly seasoned travelers and we keep learning from her!

I know that many people arrange for their own trips without the help of a travel agent. Normally, I am one of them; however, for our family trip to Cancun this past Christmas I THANKFULLY used the services of Dawn Reynosa of My Travel Agent Inc. Before the trip, she very patiently walked me through expectations and processes, and that was much appreciated. At the end of the trip as my family was preparing to leave, I received an email notification at 8:00 pm on New Year's Eve that our trip had been cancelled due to snow and the airline said I would have to rebook and find my own flight the next day, which was New Year's Day. The family had just tested negative for Covid and did not want to delay our return. There was frantic call to Dawn, and she worked for hours on New Year's Eve to get us a flight the next day. Then that flight was cancelled the morning of our departure. Dawn again took hours out of her holiday to find our flights for our 2 families out of Mexico. With this change, the family had to stay in Dallas 2 nights before returning home, but at least we were in the US. Dawn monitored flight statuses for hours on that Sunday and finally found seats for all of us on a flight that evening. With all the flights that were cancelling/cancelled, her dedication to assisting us was far beyond anything I had ever experienced. My family is so grateful for her excellent service when she was most needed! USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT!

Dawn was so helpful and answered all my questions while planning our honeymoon! She had great honest suggestions and recommendations so we had the best trip for our budget. She even had stayed at our resort so she first hand knew how great it was. Our honeymoon was perfect and just a dream come true!

Dawn is amazing travel agent! She has so much knowledge about everything and any trip you would ask for. She helped plan a couple of our trips. She was beyond helpful. She is professional and responsive. I’m so glad we have found this agency.

Dawn helped me plan a trip to Mexico with a large group of people who were scattered across the US. It was not an easy feat, with so many people living in different cities, but she came through and helped organize everything! I reached out to her as I was having tremendous trouble trying to organize this trip with a couple other people, and I’m SO happy I found her! She saved us a lot of time and headaches, and the resort we went to was awesome!! I’ll be using her again to plan my 10 year wedding anniversary next year!

I love My Travel Agent, Dawn Reynosa. She is fantastic. She has helped us plan several trips. She listens to what your travel desires and expectations are and truly delivers. She is very good at staying within your budget and getting you a great vacation. She planned our trip to Disney in Orlando many years ago, and our all inclusive to the Dominican Republic just a couple years ago. She is always on top of checking out any new resorts and that experience really gives her the ability to make the best arrangements and accommodations so that you have the best vacation possible. When we went to the Dominican, we wanted a get away, however I was slightly "handicapped" as i was scheduled for hip replacement surgery and i was in a lot of pain and was having difficulty walking. She placed us at a resort that she was familiar with and worked absolutely perfect for my ability to get around. It was the vacation that we needed. and we had the best time ever.

I will certainly return to this agency for my future travel needs. Dawn is very professional . . . and really cares about the customer. She has great knowledge and communicates well. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our upcoming cruise due to the COVID outbreak. However, she has devoted her time to resolve our case with the provider. I would highly recommend My Travel for your future travel needs.

I gave five stars because this business was extremely helpful with their advice about traveling for a honeymoon.
My finance and I want to go to Italy and Dawn broke down what the price for the flight and hotels would be.
She also spoke of travel between cities.
She shared some of her own personal experience in Italy as well which was great insight!
I am looking forward to following up with her in March /April.
Hopefully we will know more about Italy’s reopening to America by then.
