Great experience today, Alex was a great guy. He was upfront with us on the vehicles, didn't pressure us at all. We were able to work out a deal and they were fair with us on the trade also. Hopefully we won't need another vehicle anytime soon but if we do we will make this our 1st stop.

Alex & Bill were simply top notch. They were polite & professional from the 1st call to the final paperwork. They went above & beyond in helping us purchase a new used car. Just bought my vehicle from Dave. He does a tremendous job. He is upfront and honest. All the while doing everything he can to help. Dave posesses patience and does not make you feel as if you have to rush the process.

From the start of Purchase I had a pleasant experience dealing with Alex, test drove the car I had been looking at, came to an agreement and was on the road in no time, fast forward to a month later after purchase the check engine light had come on and out of nowhere my car stopped running, wouldn’t even start.
So at the beginning of April I made a Facebook post on Bloomington il sites asking for feedback / help in what others may have experienced and got a ton of feedback and help :) April 6th I received a text from Alex saying he had heard I was having issues with my car, and to call him to see if they could help.
Bentleys towed my car from a parking lot in Bloomington and started diagnosing my car after a few days they diagnosed what the issue was and ordered parts, today April 21st I got my car back and was told the issue was fixed !!! Not only did they cover the tow they also covered the labor and I only had to pay the cost of the parts !!! I also was given a loaner car in the meantime as we have 3 kids and jobs to get too which helped so much !!! They didn’t have to do any of this but went above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend because of their honorable service and going beyond what they had to do

Great experience, searched high and low for a quality used Mustang and found it here at Bentley Motors. Glad the wife and I made the trip. Dave is awesome and really seems to care. Sent me pictures of the car and answered all questions through text/calls prior to visiting. Transaction was quick, easy and never felt pressured. Friendly and helpful. 5 stars! Would do business again.

Great shopping experience! I drove from SW of Springfield and purchased an awesome Buick Park Avenue, Bill offered me transportation to the dealership if needed and even a fuel voucher to cover my own way there, WOW! We have purchased 4 cars through here for our family over the years and even brought one off a friend that purchased from here. We always come back because we trust Dave and how he runs things. We have tried to venture out but always show up on their lot. Good people and good cars, they treat you like they would like to be treated. I think Dave would lose a leg before he decides to take time away from work, he is very honest and personable and is available all the time.

We drove from Decatur searching for a car for my son and ended up buying a Ford Transit Connect for myself at Bentley Motors. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. Dave and Andrew are a class act and believe in providing customer service beyond what would be expected from a typical "used car dealer"
. These guys set the bar higher which was refreshing to experience.

These guys deserve 5 stars. They’re a walk in the park compared to the big name car dealerships. I got a great deal on my ‘15 Malibu. I noticed a chip on the windshield after I bought it and they sent Safelite out to fix it while I was at work and picked up the tab, no questions asked. Comfortable buying experience, personable and friendly staff, and a all around nice local business. Can’t go wrong.

I purchased a car through Bentley Moters Inc. earlier this week and was very pleased with the entire experience. As a first time car buyer I was expecting the process to be a bit difficult but Dave and Andrew helped to ease my anxiety and answer all of my questions genuinely. I called them to schedule a test drive and took the car out for about an hour. I was not familiar with the city of Bloomington so they gave me a few tips on the best route to take the car on a test drive and get back safely. They had the Carfax history report available and were prepared to help answer any questions I had regarding financing and warranty options. There were a few days between my initial test drive and the final purchase, during which I felt no pressure from these guys to "get the deal done, or miss out", which is something I have experienced when looking other places. There was a small cosmetic piece missing on the interior but they noted it was already ordered and it's on it's way to me now! I am very pleased with my purchase overall. I bought a 2014 Kia Soul, it had all of the features I was looking for, it drives great, and it even has a brand new set of tires! Dave & Andrew worked with me, they made me feel like a valued customer, and maybe even a dear friend. If you're looking for a simple and pleasurable car buying experience I would highly recommend Bentley Moters Inc. in Bloomington!! Got a nice used car for a decent price, was supported with good costumer service and was fairly quick to get everything done. I do recommend for first time buyers, or people that want a decent used car quickly.

Professional workers, nice car selection. I had came in to buy a ’07 Red Ford Escape the other week, it was perfectly fine until the very next day I buy it, the Overdrive light kept flashing indicating something was wrong, no biggie due to the car being ‘AS IS’, had took it to Midas for an oil change and was slapped with a coolant leak, bad engine, and transmission slip. I wish I would’ve done more research into the car before purchasing the car, and explored my options cause now I’m paying an arm and a leg to fix a car that I had just bought but that’s fine due to it being ‘AS IS’ ,Thank you guys! Truly would recommend.

UPDATE: Was contacted and everything had gotten resolved with the car! Andrew is amazing at what he does, team is full of hustlers and great people! Actually planning on buying another car, see you guys soon! Thanks for everything! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 If I could give +++ stars I would!

I can not express how wonderful Bill and the team are here in bloomington. Bill is a man with integrity. That is so rare to find these days and even more so in auto sales. Great used car dealership. .bought a car off them from 4 states away..Dave is one hell of a salesman..but more importantly and honest man. Car was as advertised..love my new camaro.
