I purchased a car from Jay at AutoNet Broker this past spring. The sales process was easy and painless. I took the car to a local mechanic to have it checked over, which Jay happily agreed to. They pointed out that one of the shocks was shot, but found no major issues. We agreed on a price, and I purchased the car - no issues, even as an out-of-state buyer. Later, when I was working on replacing the worn out shock, I noticed that something seemed off with how the car was sitting. Long story short, one tire on the car was the wrong size (205/60 R15 instead of 205/50 R16, so it was too big). Jay had told me he had put new tires on when I was looking at the car, so I sent him an email about the error. Jay spoke with his tire guy, and they agreed to send me a check for the cost to have a local tire place put the correct size matching tire on the car. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend paying Jay a visit at AutoNet Broker the next time you're looking for a vehicle.

We bought a 2007 Hyundai Veracruz from them just short of a year ago. I don't leave quick reviews on a purchase like a car, but we had such a good experience with Jay that I had to leave a review. First off, Jay was extremely reasonable. We had one issue that he dealt with right away. He does honest business, which is the highest praise I can give. We drove down from Wheaton and will consider buying from him again. The car itself is gorgeous. It was driven and taken care of by a one-owner, female doctor. This thing is on par with a Lexus. It drives great and the wife and kids have been happy with the switch from the Honda Odyssey. We had an extremely good experience and I can highly recommend these guys.

Bought a used Infiniti from Jay, the owner of Auto Net Broker. The car was clean, and exactly as he described. Right from the get-go, he priced the car fairly and he agreed to make a couple minor repairs before delivery.

The car was clean when I picked it up, and the requested repairs had been completed. No drama, no games... just a great experience. On my way home, there was a small mechanical issue. It was a Saturday, and Jay had other things going on, but he still made himself available to discuss repairs. The problem was fixed right away, and Jay proved what an easy guy he is to work with.

My daughter was in a collision while away at college. As the vehicle was older, it was totaled. Due to her work schedule and classes, we needed to get the vehicle replaced quickly. I worked with the owner of Autonet to find a replacement vehicle and arrange shipping to her location.

I was very concerned about buying another used vehicle, but I was offered an extended warranty. The cost was very reasonable and it meant that I could rest assured that my daughter would be taken care of even if the unexpected happened.
