Results! Glenn AKA personal trainer extraordinaire - knows and values me as a client and is focused on my health and well being. Focus is on safety and education - which allows me to perform, achieve and excel. The environment is welcoming, CLEAN, safe and fun. As a client, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Every workout is well planned and different - which only aids in improving my abilities without it ever getting boring or stale. A Body with HEART – the best decision I have made for my health and (mental) well-being! I never thought I’d be the guy looking forward to my 5:45 am workout, but I’m now that guy! I’m feeling better than I have in a very long time and it’s all thanks to Glenn (&Sandi!) for keeping each session challenging, inspiring and fun. (Glenn makes sure each session is different and challenging so working out never gets boring.)

Glenn and Sandy do a great job keeping a clean and well organized gym. The training is top notch and always designed to meet the needs of the athlete. This is a great gym if you’re a novice weight lifter or a life long gym rat, give it a try.

This place is really something very special. No hype. No crowds. Just personalized, 1-on-1 training from friendly, caring, and capable trainers, in a spaceous, super-clean, facility. Simply put, getting started at A Body with HEART was the single-best decision I made all last year...and it continues to be!
