Lucky Wok Chinese Restaurant

I love Chinese food. If there is a Chinese Restaurant within a hundred mile radius I will be there. Hot and Sour soup is my all time favorite soup and my sure cure for a cold and soar throat. Luck Wok makes the best, hands down.
Any dish that you order will always be FRESHEST possible. Your dish will always be hot. Every dish is filled with flavor from the first bite to the last. They only use the best, top products for anything that they do. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, tried all the others. When you find the best there is no reason to change anything. Continue on and continued success!!

Food was ok. Not excellent, wishing it was...a little irritated about cash being required for food costs less than $20.00. Seems all the prices have been increased as the menu had strips of colored paper with newly written prices. Didn't that increase cover your bank charges for credit card charges??? Also this notice of "cash required for orders under 20.00" is at the register. If notice would have been on the front door I could have checked that I had enough cash before I entered and ordered. I did have enough money but, I also had a sour flavor before I even tasted the food.

Great Chinese food, much better than other competitors. Good meat quality. Only complaint is I love spicy food, and no matter how spicy I ask for it, it just is not spicy.

Liked their Mongolian beef very much. And the food was served faster than was expected. Thank you!

I never consider getting Chinese from any other place. Food is 5 stars for me.

I've always had good food from this place. The only annoyance to me has been the addition of a "convenience fee" on all of the orders, which are picked up from the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our meal from Lucky Wok. The egg rolls were just what we hoped for--good-sized and flavorful. The sweet and sour sauce for the Sweet and Sour Chicken was packaged separately from the chicken for takeout without me even requesting this. The chicken container for the Sweet and Sour Chicken was overflowing with chicken, and the chicken was crispy and delicious. Great entree. We also had the Kung Pao Chicken, which had a lot of good meat along with crunchy peanuts and veggies. Great, flavorful dish as well. We will be ordering from Lucky Wok again soon.

The neighborhood is lucky to have this gem of a hole in the wall Chinese takeout, especially if you're able to wok or bike here.

Today is my 2nd time ordering take out from Lucky Wok, I truly believe I have found our go to fast Chinese take out restaurant. First time I ordered the Yangzhou Fried Rice and two vegetable egg rolls. The rice is so good and the quantity is enough for 4 people with double servings! Today I ordered lunch special combo Kung Pao chicken and Empress Chicken. Again the quantity is very vast, enough for lunch and dinner! The egg rolls are good. I preferred the normal egg roll to the vegetable egg roll, they are smaller sized but they are very well filled. Orders are usually really within 15 minutes of placing the order. Definitely will try other dishes as I know they are quick and delicious.

BEST chinese food in the Lisle/Naperville area, period! Just ordered shrimp mongolian, shrimp lo mein, shrimp fried rice and veggie rolls. Everything was on point and tasted amazing! The quantity they provide for the money is astonishing. All the food I mentioned is going to last me maybe 3 days and only $32.00!!! They are doing an incredible job even with Covid 19. God bless.
Posting after 2 years: This place is still as amazing as it was before. Would give it a 10 star if I could! Their crab rangoons are amazing btw

Very affordable and lots of food for the money. I am not a huge fan of their fried rice but everything else has been pretty good! They always give so much food & it's great for our family. Around 30 bucks spent & we have food for 3-4 meals after the fact. Love the pot stickers!

It's a really good place. You can SEE them cook the food in the kitchen right before your eyes! (always a good sign) They use fresh ingredients - not canned like some places do. Very tasty. Authentic. Fairly priced too. They are very nice people too. (best sweet and sour chicken ever!) The physical location isn't very pretty and it's outdated. I probably should bring my rating down one star to a 4 because of the location, but I won't because they are so nice and the food is yummy. 5 stars! (I feel like I'm American Idol with all of my judgement!!!) I couldn't cook chinese food like this in a million years.

I was lucky to find this place. I knew the food was going to be good when about seven people picked up to go order while I waited about ten minutes for my food. Kung pao Chicken was very good. Lots of chicken and veggies in a fairly large portion - definitely two meals for me. Hot and Sour Soup was good too. I will be a regular when I am visiting the area.

So happy to have finally found my Chinese spot after not having much luck in Naperville. This place has been worth the drive into Lisle both times I've ordered takeout. The generals chicken, chicken with broccoli, and chicken with black bean and garlic sauce are are all delicious. The egg drop soup had great flavor and was not too thick like it can sometimes be. I will continue to order from here.

Best Chinese take-out or eat in. Our family has been coming here for over 25 years. The chef is very accommodating to dietary restrictions. They also have two different menus: English and Chinese. We have ordered from both and have enjoy the distinctions. When mussels are in season, they have the largest, tastiest Chinese mussels!

Best Chinese food around. Freshly made and staff gets order right all the time. Crab rangoon an egg foo young are two of my favorite's. It takes me 20 minutes to get there but I call my order in and its always done by time I get there the drive is worth it. And highly recommend

Don't trust a bad review here. I got three lunch special's $6.95 plus $1.50 because it was after 3pm. All three were Excellent (so much) we were all 100 percent happy we will return and tell all are friends

Jackpot! This is a hidden gem for amazing take out in Lisle. One thing that's hard to find around the area is chinese cuisine. Luckily I finally tried this place and do not regret it. Amazing food!
