Great experience start to finish! This dealership has created a comfortable and inviting culture top to bottom. Even the staff who I wasn't working with was always polite and made me feel at home. My sales person(Eddie) was incredibly helpful and understanding of my goals of the purchase. Never pushy but he worked hard to listen to my goals and do what he could to work out a mutually beneficial deal. Kudos to whomever is responsible for creating such a welcoming and comfortable dealer environment!

All of the car features were thoroughly explained to me. They even offer pick up service at your home if you need service!!! And, and, and, -- they even offered to come and help me if I needed a refresher on any of the spectacular features the GV70 offers.

My husband and I love our new Genesis GV80. We love the luxury and all the options of our Genesis. We could have spent a lot more money on another brand with the same options. Our salesman, Dawid, was very respectful of our time and followed up on all matters.

Nothing less than excellent customer service. I serviced my Matte Burgundy GV70 here, and will definitely be doing all my service here. All Advisors + Managers are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I received numerous follow-up calls to let me know the status of my car and the service. Ivan, the Primary Genesis service advisor, responds promptly, keeps you up to date on the status of your vehicle, and keeps everything painless and smooth. In addition to Ivan, all advisors/individuals are extremely friendly and are always happy to assist you with anything. My car was returned cleaner than when I gave it to them. Getting a loaner car is painless with Genesis service and the team over at Patrick. I highly recommend doing any work here, or even buying a car with the excellent sales team present to help answer any questions anyone might have. They don't treat you any-less than family. I highly recommend Genesis of Schaumburg. I will be returning for all my service and maintenance!

I recently took delivery of the Genesis GV70. My entire experience was totally first rate. Joe, the sales manager, was a true professional and wonderful to deal with. While we were awaiting the delivery of the car his contact and communication was also excellent. He tracked the vehicle and it arrived when he said it would. Everyone at the dealership in fact did an outstanding job. If you are looking for a great cat from a really great dealership, please give them a call. There are at least 2 Genesis dealerships much closer to where i live…..Genesis of Schaumburg wins hands down!!!

From the time I googled Best Luxury SUV to the moment I drove off the lot in my new Genesis GV80, my experience with Genesis of Schaumburg was nothing less than excellent. Ask for Larry in sales – he’s respectful, organized, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to deal with.
