I had a very nice experience with them. They have nice vehicles. Not busted up cars like so many other used vehicle dealers have. The employees are friendly and their prices are better than most. They dont have a huge selection but what they have are vehicles like Toyota that are rated high for reliability. No Dodge or Mercedes stuff.

I bought 2009 toyota highlander few weeks ago from Platinum Cars Exchange. Car was in good condition. No mechanical issues. I bought 2005 Toyota Camry and the dealer was salman Ahmed he’s really nice guy and corporative and he explained everything properly and it takes a lot of time for my paperwork and certify me and it’s a nice customer service I drove this car 2005 Toyota Camry almost drove like 100 miles is really comfortable like that high recommend this place

AVOID THIS CAR DEALER!!! I bought a car from them in Oct 2020. The car had a tire pressure light on. They said the tires just needed air. Not true. I found out that the tires do not have tire pressure sensors on it! The ad said that it had new tires!! How could it have new tires and the new tires not have tire pressure sensors?  Oh and they gave me a fog light cover to put on the car, but a mechanic said the piece can not be attached!  I am certain they were aware of the car's deficiencies. I wish I could sue them. I repeat avoid this car dealer. I spent almost 5k for a piece of trash.
