This store has the best customer service. I was at another AT&T store this morning who did not have phone in stock and I had to call around to check stock for that particular phone. The other stores were unable to check unless we were in their store, which I thought was ridiculous because I cannot be driving around just to check stock. Well, Andrew, here in downers grove was able to let me know right away that he had the phone in stock. Thank you Andrew! We drove to the store and Izzy helped us upgrade to the phone we wanted easily. Very professional and courteous service. We found our new AT&T store in DOWNERS GROVE ! Definitely doing business at this store from now on. Thank you :)

Highly recommend this AT&T store. Came in for last minute Christmas gift for the kids but the Apple Watches I wanted weren’t in stock. Tim, the store owner, ordered them online and they arrived at my doorstep two days later in time for Christmas. Order was perfect but the Watches had a weird issue where they were not cognizing the cellular plan (no fault of the store - it was an Apple server issue). I came into the store for help and Tony and Travis were incredibly patient, troubleshot many solutions, and fixed all the issues. Grateful for their expertise, but also for their caring approach. Technology issues are frustrating, but they made the experience as pleasant as it could be. Thankful for them and will definitely return.

I loved this store and will never go to another store again! Tim and Tony were amazing! Their customer service was outstanding. They greeted everyone that walked in the door with a smile and kind words. They took time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I also didn't feel like they were pushing me to buy things and spent time figuring out the best options for my family. I have been to many ATT stores and this one was by far the very best!

You have to expect to wait your turn when you walk into a phone store. However, the exceptional service I received today at the DG location after waiting was worth it. Dealing with all the stuff with an ailing parent is hard, but when you have an employee that goes above and beyond to finish the closing of an account, that is good service. He was very professional and gave me personal attention. Thank you.

After talking with Jace at this location I decided to switch over from T-Mobile to AT&T. I had a personal line, business line as well as business internet. Jace was super friendly and extremely informative and made the switch as easy as possible.

I was nervous about setting up my new phone once it came in by myself. Jace had told me to come back into the store and that he would be happy to help set it up. He was so patient and kind while getting everything transferred over and really made the switch as easy as possible.

10/10 recommend seeing Jace and the rest of the staff at this location! So happy with my decision to switch to AT&T!

They were friendly and helpful here! The manager, Tim, was able to resolve something for us that no one over the phone seemed capable of (after hours of trying)! If I need more AT&T support/stuff, this is certainly the location I’ll be coming back to.

The staff really knew what he was talking about. We went in to upgrade twophones and he helped us make our final choices on devices, and he looked over our bill and updated it – saved us like 60 bucks a month! He was attentive, friendly, answered all of our questions. No wait time for us, I know a few people came in after us and had to wait a few minutes, but he actually did a great job of juggling us all. It’s nice to walk into a store where the partners really know their stuff 😊

The manager, Sam, was extremely helpful when I busted my phone. A lot of issues kept coming up on account of me, but he helped me find a way to fix the issues. Also store was not busy at all which made it a quick and painless experience!

I had a great experience in this store, Kevin explained all the options to me and helped me get a great deal. Definitely recommend this store.
Needed another phone for a family member, and again the experience was great and Kevin did a great job.

It's been a while since I needed any assistance with my phone but it was time for me to get a new phone. Sam the manager helped me upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy 23 and by making some changes to our corporate service plan he actually saved me enough money to pay for phone and reduce our monthly bill moving forward. He then took time to help me get the new phone set up and transfered all my photos messages and apps including my work and personal emails. Tim the owner recognized me from my previous visits there over the years and helped me figure out some issues I was having with some jbl Bluetooth speakers I had bought there over a year ago while my data was transfering to my new phone. These guys provide such excellent service that I had to offer another great review!

This At&T location is the best. Every time I've been there I received excellent service. Both Eden and Nick helped me recently work through an insurance claim on a lost/stolen phone from the start of the claim through the point where I was using my new phone the same as my old one.

Great store, great employees. Tim helped me resolve an issue I had been working on for months with AT&T corporate. It took a few meetings to get it done, but Tim was persistent and showed he cares about his customers. While he had nothing immediate to gain, he earned a long term customer by investing his time with me. Thanks Tim!!!

The customer service at this AT&T store is nothing short of fantastic. I'd like to specifically praise Tim for his extensive product knowledge, excellent advice and insight. He's also one of the most friendly, personable people I've ever met. If I was a wealthy man with my own company I'd triple Tim's salary to work for me and I'd let him pick his role in the company. That's how impressed I am with Tim.

He helped us pick out my fiancee's iPhone 5 back in August 2015. I was impressed with him then, but forgot to leave a review.

We went back yesterday to finally upgrade her phone. He showed us all the iPhone models and gave us the scoop on the benefits of each vs the cost. He gave us helpful tips about taking advantage of promos and getting a better value data plan. It was a superb buying experience and I'll mourn the day when Tim is no longer at that store to help us with our phone upgrades.

AT&T, give this man a raise! He's an employee that any company would be lucky to have.
