I didn’t catch her name but the nice gal who took my blood this morning was wonderful. She was so sweet and I didn’t even feel the stick when she drew my blood. Clearly she is very skilled at what she does and this has been the best/easiest experience ever getting blood drawn so far. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience. I did not have an appointment for lab services but the staff was extremely helpful and able to fit me into the schedule. The phlebotomist was very skilled and I could hardly feel the stick. I would definitely recommend this Carle facility for lab services!!

I'm not sure why the poor ratings. I have been using several of the offices there including the lab. I have never had to wait long and have always been treated with the greatest respect. I have used there PT dept on several occasions, along with mammogram, CT scans, Ultra sound, xrays, and blood work. Not enough handicap parking spots if any downside.

My wife has always had difficulty with small veins with one disaster after another. With a recomendation she found this lab and its been extremely easy and not painful at all. BEST blood drawing techs in area

Dr.Royyuru has to be one of the best doctors in the Bloomington-Normal area. She makes you feel comfortable & is always so quick and professional. If you want a great Family Doctor, she is the one you want!

Love the pediatrician office! Everyone has been wonderful. Building is easy to get to, parking is also easy, and there are 2 large elevators just inside the main entrance.

I have always received professional, high quality, & friendly care. I appreciate being a participant in my own healthcare (e.g. open & frank discussions about my labs, xrays, & meds.)

I have been trying to call and I cannot get through because it doesn’t take you to the dept you want and then the call fails. I don’t know how to reach here. I have tried over 8 times.

I was sent here for an ultrasound for something visible through my skin and easily palpable/identifiable by my doctor, and their ultrasound did not find it. Also, $1740 is their rate for Blue Cross members for a 10 minute ultrasound service. Avoid this place at all costs. It's an embarrassing reminder of the state of our medical system.

They make you wait a week for a fasting blood draw appointment. Ive waited an hour for my appointment to find my rist band was for a stephanie butler born in 09/1978. The hipaa violations here are insane!!!!

For an outpatient center with great potential, it is currently providing terrible service as a result of a series of preventable mistakes and miscommunication that put additional burden on the patients and families. For example, lab orders are sent to the wrong center, which forced us to come back to the center to mitigate the issue and get the right paperwork in person. Even then, we were given lab orders with missing paperwork that resulted in more unnecessary trips to lab corp and the hospital. This is just one incident of the many we faced here, and we only come back because we like our doctor. Please keep in mind that for sick or busy patients, miscommunication and recklessness in the delivery of care can pose as emotional, physical, and financial burdens. Implementing quality improvement or performance monitoring initiatives can help this center reach its potential eventually.

If you need psychiatric care don't go here. They've made my mental health issues significantly worse. My psychiatrist, Dr. CHOUDRY lied to me and was very unethical. They make it extremely difficult to get refills of medications that you NEED and act like bullies about it. Now all of my mental health issues ARE WORSE BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE . I WISH I NEVER WAS A PATIENT HERE
