Great Experience! You often don't know what you're getting into with a used car, and used car dealers, but it is nice to find a dealer that you can depend on to do the right thing. Star Motorcars was outstanding. They worked with me on financing and valued my trade fairly. When the rear differential on the car I bought started leaking the day after I brought it home, Star didn't skip a beat. They just said, bring it back in and we'll take care of it. I live 2.5 hours away so by the time I could get back there I'd identified a few other things as well and they took care of everything without a fuss. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle while they repaired mine. Highly Recommend.

I needed to find a good and reliable car for my daughter for graduation. I spoke to Dan several times and he was great every conversation. From the moment I walked in to this place, I felt comfortable. Dan greeted me and was so kind and personable. The entire car buying process was seamless. Mark, the finance guy, was also wonderful and helpful. We all talked as if we were family. They really care!! They knew I wanted to surprise my daughter and went out of their way to help make it a great surprise for her.

After visiting a few dealerships prior with no results, Star was such a wonderful and amazing surprise and experience. Although we didn’t do a deal (I ended up buying private party), Dan and his staff were friendly and cut right to the point. Does not feel like you are at a car dealership. They are honest and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family who are looking. The inventory was spectacular, and they don’t buy/sell any rental Teslas, which is awesome. I purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent in Dec 2023 from Alex and Mike. I live in Michigan and was purchasing out of state. Alex went above and beyond helping me with my financing from my credit union. He even called me at 10:00pm at night to do a 3-way call with my credit union to make sure everything was ready to go for when I made the trip from Michigan to purchase. I traded in a 2019 Dodge Journey and they gave me a good value on my trade. Mike had all paperwork ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour! It was all smooth and no issues at all. I texted Alex with all my questions during the process and he was very attentive. I would recommend Star Motor Sales to anyone! We purchased our car here back in June, and had a wonderful experience. We were so happy with not only deal we got, but the overall service experience! But what really wowed me was just recently when we went back to have the same car serviced. No one likes having to get their car worked on and rearrange impossible schedules to get this done in a timely manner.... but they made it SO EASY to text back and forth to schedule and promptly provided me a loaner while my car was being worked on and literally rolled out the red carpet. They have found themselves a new lifelong customer not only for future car purchases but also as our new trusted mechanic!

Very nice people to work with, not pushy with the vehicle or any extras. There are some additional fees in the final price but none of the hidden extras, trying to sell warranties and extras, etc. you see at most dealerships.

I had a repair for my car because I was rear-ended and Najeeb was incredibly helpful through the entire experience. He made things very simple and easy for us and was very accessible over the phone to provide us updates any time we asked. He was very gracious in working with us any time we had concerns or issues that came up. Finally, our car repairs looked literally just like new once we got the car back. Our car was handled with a lot of care. We'll always trust this place for all our needs!
