I went there because my brother bought me a pair of Brown 411 boots and the size was a little bit so I went in to swap them for smaller size.

The staff of gals was friendly and helpful. Came in three weeks ago because one of my guys needed a good pair of work boots and to get mine re-soled. He ended up with a nice pair of steel toed Red Wings. It took two pairs of throw away ones to make the switch. Mine came back yesterday with the more aggressive tread I picked out. Although they are 14 years old, the leather conditioning and new laces have them looking great. The scuffs on the toes are almost nonexistent and one pair of inserts later my feet are again happy. After throwing out 3 lesser pairs of boots it goes back to the saying you get what you pay for. True that a re-sole costs half of what a new pair goes for, do the math over 14 years. Lifetime laces and conditioning included free of charge.

My sales rep was awesome !!!! I have now bought 2 pair of shoes for work plus orthodics and socks. He solved my foot issues.

( First time buyer -> lifetime customer) I bought a pair of shoes from David back in October with orthotics for around 300$. They tore at the stitching and the waterproofing stopped working less than 4 months in. I brought them in they initially told me I had to send them out and repairs would take 10 weeks. I walked out extremely upset because I had hoped 300$ shoes that were meant for work would last me at least 1+ years. Came back in when David was in and he replaced them for me with a new pair. I am extremely happy that David and Red Wings stood by their brand. I will be a customer for life. This is a great company and this is exactly why I spent the extra $$ money for these shoes. It's OK that they failed, it happens. They were the Hikers, low cut. They are exceptionally comfortable/flexible and the BoA lacing system is just something that I cant live without now. They did take a couple weeks to break in and it was kinda painful but once they loosened up, just amazing. David recommended these shoes to me based on the work I did and they were exactly designed for my trade. Spend the extra money on this brand, it is well worth it. A+ experience all the way around.

David was a great help. I walk 6-8 miles everyday at work. My feet were killing me! Seriously I was unable to walk because the pain was so intense. Scanned my feet standing and walking. The boots I bought had "King Toe" safety toed. The difference is amazing. I had him throw away my old boots and my feet feel so much better! Thanks Red Wing!

Employees are all knowledgeable, boots are second to none. Had a resole done. It took slightly long than expected, but with everything going on it’s to be expected people being encouraged to sit at home with masks on and get paid. With the resole boots are brand new again minus another break in. I don’t think I’ll buy boots anywhere else for the rest of my career.

Called ahead to have boots I wanted put aside. Arrived at store, they were Covid compliant allowing only 2 customers with mask at a time. Angelique was friendly and courteous, making a rather difficult transaction (all on my company) smooth. Thank you and I will definitely recommend and return.

They really know their stuff, I've been coming here for years. (Many years in between because they last so long) I dropped off my 9 year old boots to get re-stitched and picked up an amazing new pair. Thank you to the wonderful, upbeat, and extremely helpful staff; you all are fantastic!

Jim was great. Very helpful and polite. I've been a fan of red wing For a long time and highly recommend to anyone seeking well made, comfortable work footwear. Not just boots either, they have really great work shoes too. The insoles although pricey, are worth every penny. They felt strange when I first began wearing them but now I never want to be without them.

This store is great very clean and everyone is very knowledgable. I was in there today to get another pair of Redwing workboots and Angelique was working. I asked her a lot of questions and she answered all of them. There were other men who came in while I was there and she was able to help everyone . No one was overlooked or forgotten. Everyone received great customer service. There are other Redwing stores I am closer to now, but I go here because of the great rapport that has been created.

Awesome Red Wing store. The gentleman working when I stopped in was very friendly and helpful to me and the other customers in the store. He helped me find a pair of boots that I am very happy with. I will most definitely be buying more Red Wing boots because of the gentleman that helped me out here and my satisfaction with purchasing their boots.
