The car just went in for it's first Recommended Service and it has no issues...just routine maintenance. 7k miles and almost a year later and we're still smiling!!

We purchased our Corvette from Jacob and couldn’t be happier with the car and our experience. We purchased another vehicle recently and the experience here was night and day from our last purchase at another dealer. There are is no high pressure sales, no BS fees added onto the price of the car, and everyone we worked with was fantastic from start to finish.

Also the items we were promised after delivery were taken care of promptly. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for used luxury and sports cars.

I am an out of state buyer and came across a perfect spec of the Mercedes Benz C450 AMG being sold here and immediately contacted expressed my interest. Shawn reached out to me and after speaking to many other dealerships that morning I could immediately tell and feel the difference. He did not make me feel rushed or pressured into signing my life away on the spot like the other dealerships and he even encouraged me when I told him I wanted to hire a third party to inspect the vehicle since I was not there, which is also something the previous dealerships were trying to talk me out of. Through the inspection process and some bank hiccups, Shawn stayed patient and responsive providing anything I requested. He definitely gave me peace of mind throughout this process. I officially sent the check to buy the car on Wednesday, he received it and had the paperwork ready to sign and the shipping coordinated Thursday, car was picked up from them Friday and I received it Saturday morning. There was miner issue with our new SUV, AL took full responsibility to resolve it. I was able to complete the transaction in less than an hour. Great people - great place to buy a luxury SUV’s. I would buy from Ultimo Motors again! Jacob made the process simple and there was no pressure. He even shipped the truck to me all the way down in Texas. Everything Jacob said about the truck was true. It is perfect!

I usually do not leave review but this experience requires one. This was my first online purchase of car and to be honest, I was very skeptical. This happened to be the easiest of all! My wife wanted a green range rover sports and we could not find any within a 250 miles radius of Baltimore. Expanded my search on cars.com and Ultimo Motors West had the only one in the US. Call and Andrew, salesman, returned my call. He made the purchase sooooo easy I could not believe it. Although I had pre-approval loan from my bank, they even give me a better rate. Andrew FaceTime me and answered all questions and made me so comfortable to continue with the deal. Started the purchase on Christmas eve and the car was delivered to my driveway on December 30th. Best New year's gift for my wife!!!

PS. Did not leave a review until few months later because I still had doubts that this was too good to be true. Best and easiest purchase ever!!!

I started my purchase process on cars.com and I came across a 2019 corvette that Ultimo Motors had for sale. I inquired about it one day and the very next day Shawn contacted me about the car and connected me with my salesperson Al. During the purchase process they were very transparent. I live in NC so I was a out of state buyer but everything with the buying process was still smooth and would highly recommend to buy from. When I received the car everything on it was pristine. The car only had 4,500 mileage which was a plus.

Al was a relaxed sales professional! I like his sales by education sales-approach. Both Al and Leo (Finance) and Dex (GM) were clear and proactive communicators. All very respectful. I flew in from DC Saturday morning; I was driving the 2014 Cayenne diesel home by 1 PM. The car was great on the 13 hour drive home! I really liked that Ultimo Motors West keeps their auto assets inside, which makes for a clean and consistent buying experience. I will recommend them to family and friends.

I did most of the sale over the internet. I dealt with Al via text about the car and my trade and he was more than accommodating. We made a deal, I drove down and signed the paperwork, was in and out quickly. My only issue is they said the vehicle had an oil change within the last 100 miles. It definitely did not have one, oil was very dirty. This was not a big deal but don’t tell a customer it was done when clearly it wasn’t. All in all a very good experience.

Over nearly 19 years of marriage, my wife and I have purchased many vehicles (20+). This last purchase with Ultimo Motors was by far the best experience ever. We found our dream car (2014 Range Rover Autobiography) on the Ultimo website on April 29 and sent an electronic message to initiate the process. Al responded immediately. I called Al, who was professional and very helpful. He told me that the car was available, answered all of our questions about the vehicles' equipment, and even sent a short video that pointed out minor scratches that I could not see from the website pictures. The vehicle was impressive and the purchase price was extremely reasonable. Within an hour we decided to purchase. The paperwork was sent electronically the next morning, we signed electronically, and the purchase was complete on April 30...easy. Since we live in Maryland, Ultimo engaged with local shippers to bid for the shipping, which lowered my delivery cost significantly. The vehicle was shipped May 2 and it arrived at our home May 3. The vehicle was more impressive sitting in our driveway. We looked over the car and could not have been more satisfied with cleanliness and upkeep of the exterior and interior. There were two items missing, a 2nd key and 2nd headset. Upon notifying David, finance manage, and Al about these missing items, the general manager of Ultimo, Scott, agreed to replace them. Superb Customer Service!! We are 110% satisfied with our experience and we highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to contact Ultimo first. Thanks so much!!

We needed a fun daily driver car for the household and found the perfect example of the car we were looking for at Ultimo Motors. This car was in excellent condition at this private dealership. I essentially bought it sight unseen as I was out of state and Raul cinched the deal within three hours. I had the utmost confidence working with Raul over the phone and any hiccups were swiftly dealt with. All the gentlemen at Ultimo Motors seem pleasant to work with but my personal recommendation is to work through him. When we got to the dealership, car was indoors and we pulled it out for a quick test drive. Great, sat down, worked with Scott the GM. Scott's great. No BS fees, no BS prices, GREAT consumer satisfaction. I really don't see a reason to go anywhere else in the future to buy our vehicles from especially since the stock of vehicles at Ultimo Motors is the breed of vehicles we are interested in. Honestly this was the best car buying experience of my life. Not just an exotic I’m talking any. Al was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very fair on price and they have the best rates you will ever see for used cars if you want to finance. We were in and out in less than an hour! Unreal… we will never go anywhere else!!!

Great indoor facility to keep the vehicles out of the elements and weather. Jacob was very helpful and answered all my questions. Shaun in financing explained everything in detail. I flew to Chicago from Miami, and they even picked me up from the airport. Exotic inventory with reasonable prices. Highly recommended dealer.

I recently purchased a 2014 Audi S4. I drove down from Wisconsin because they seemed to have the cleanest one I could find with a perfect Carfax. I had an easy time dealing with Patrick via phone and Michael Jarosiewicz at the dealership.

When I came down to buy the car it wouldn't start due to the battery. We figured that someone had left an internal light on overnight. This caused me some concern but they told me not to worry, if there was a problem they would take care of it. After the on premise test drive, it did start fine however a few days later, when I had it at home it wouldn't start. I had the battery tested and it was very low. I called Patrick, we talked and they did stand by their word. They just sent me a check for the battery and I paid for the install per our discussions. This was fair to me.

I think these guys treat you fairly and they realize that their customers are what keeps their business going. Car is great by the way!

Purchased a 2016 BMW hard top convertible from Al. It was very easy. Great price. I called on Wednesday, we agreed to a price. Car was shipped to my house arriving on Friday. Perfect car. Being an out of state purchaser this could not have been easier. Thank for the great experience.

I was looking everywhere in the country for a 2016/17 Porsche Cayman with a manual transmission and found one online at Ultimo West. Al, the sales person I worked with, described the car perfectly, I flew out from LA the next day and purchased it. Al and everyone at UMW were professional and courteous, and I was able get back to LA the same day. They also handled the financing and the shipping of the car. My online experience was fantastic with Ultimo Motors and my point of contact (Tomasz) was amazing. He did a tremendous job walking around the vehicle with a narrated video going over everything he saw including going under the vehicle to show the under carriage. Tomasz was great the whole time there, gave us plenty of time to think it over, allowed as much time as possible for the test drive and we never felt rushed at all. We recently purchased a 2017 Infiniti Q60S AWD which was like finding a unicorn. I contacted the dealership immediately and started the process. I’m very happy with this dealerships work and courtesy towards its customers. I purchased a 2017 Maserati Gran Tourismo Sport. It ended up having a check engine light and needed some work. Ultimo Motors was more than willing to cover a majority of the cost. They were very attentive to my needs and made sure my buying process would be as stress free as possible. I love the car I have, it’s been gorgeous to be around from the day it touch down in my yard. I highly recommend that you take your time and drop by Ultimo Motors for a look. They have a lot of beautiful cars that I had a hard time choosing from, all which are kept indoor in showroom condition. I would highly recommend going here as I will be back here in the future.
