Germania Park

Overall, it's a nice park. The playground is for younger kids, anyone above 10 is probably not going to enjoy it very much. There is a public restroom that is open and a drinking fountain. There is some shade on the playground, but you probably would still need sunscreen if you were planning on staying for a while. There is also a soccer field, a sand volleyball court (bring your own net and ball), and a basketball court with 4 baskets. It is right by the Jordan Parkway trail and has a nice pavilion and picnic tables.

It's such a great park off of the Taylorsville/Murray side of the Jordan River trail... My toddler really enjoyed the soft/rubber floors. The area is very clean, and the slide wasn't hot even though it was 85 degrees outside.

It has a huge soccer area, picnic area, basket ball, and play area for kids. It's very close to Jordan trail.
Restrooms are open (May 23), and are super clean.

This Park is the future for alot of good things coming for this park. It's spacious it has swings for all types of ages.Not only its spacious it has features for kids from 1 to 11 yrs they made it for learning curves for our future. In case they go in the military strategy play sets. #downsyndromeisgodschildren

Nice little park sorta like a hidden gem tucked around and behind just off the Jordan trail… relaxing peaceful atmosphere with an interactive, learning playground

My daughter loves this park. They have a cute nature theme for the playground.

There are large fields where kids play soccer and a basketball court.

Gorgeous entrance to Jordan River parkway with a nice park as well! Very pretty trail for cyclists and walkers/runners.

Really nice park! So many birds and animals! Even saw a dead bird.

The kids love this little playground, it's got new equipment. The kids love the spinning tree, and it has really good bearings so it's not really hard to keep moving! The ground is made of very soft rubber tiles so it'll dampen any fall a kid might have.

Beautiful fall day, next time I will bring a picnic lunch. Lots of places to sit and eat. Nice trails hiking trails that run alongside the paved path.

Nice place to take kids, dogs 🐕 fish, or walk/ride the trails, birthday parties 🥳 and just hangout.

It's a very nice trial where you can walk, bike, take your pets to explore and have fun. Lots trees and the river is just awesome.

A quiet spot to take your dog (but they likely do have a leash policy - I didn't bother to check) . It connects to the Jordan River Parkway

This is a nice park. Kids love the playground here. There's a pavilion to have a picnic or smaller areas around if you so choose. Nice shady spots to sit and relax and watch the kids playing. There's also a sand volleyball court and more.

A nice little playground/pavilion combo, along with some basketball and volleyball courts, and plenty of parking. Also, Germania is the perfect place to pick up the Jordan River Trail, as the section of trail north of Germania up to 4800 south is the most beautiful portion of it, or you can use the nearby bridge to cross over to the west bank and explore the many small, unmarked trails through the heavy brush that run along the bluffs on that section of the river.

We started our family reunion here. We brought a Taco Truck and Mariachi's who serenaded us beautifully as we ate and sang with them.

My kids love this park. We played hard and then enjoyed a stroll on the walkway. We saw quail, robins, and an oriole. The groundskeepers were friendly. We were the only ones there for 2 hours. There's a soccer field, basketball and volleyball courts, a pavilion, things of benches and picnic tables, bathrooms, and a water fountain.
