Valley Animal Hospital

Our soon to be 11 yr old Radley has had issues with fluid retention stemming from either cancer or heart issues. Dr Cooley took us as her last patient last night, when she was under no obligation to do so, and stayed much later than needed just to help our girl feel more comfortable. Today she is like a new dog and we just wanted to say thank you so very much. However much time this recent “liposuction” gives us with her is truly is a gift. She is getting up by herself & is walking all over the house. We just wanted to let you know how much you caring for our dog means to us.

I've been bringing my English bulldog Stella to VAH for a couple of years & I'm totally happy with the care & advice they give me for my little house hippo, Highly recommended!

Valley Animal Hospital is the BEST! I recently had a medical emergency when my dog needed immediate care due to an intestinal blockage. Even though Valley was not able to perform the surgery, they were able to take X-rays, do blood work and find a facility that had availability. I thank Dr. Frain for going above and beyond to make sure Dino was well cared for!
She then followed up to see how the surgery went and answered my questions.
I know I can always count on Valley Animal Hospital!

Very nice! They explain everything and treated my cat with respect. Very competent staff. Dr King was very helpful and gave me options so I could do what was best for my pet, yet keep it affordable. I highly recommend them. I won't go anywhere else.

I cannot thank enough to Dr. Christakos and her assistants for your compassion and kindness. My 14 year old Yorkie named Emma peacefully passed away today. She was a beautiful, pampered princess that brought me so much joy. As painful as it was to let her go, I knew it was the right decision. Thank you for your compassion and care to Emma and helping me get through this sad day….😥🐶❤

Everyone is very nice. The vets are very knowledgeable. They did a great job with my senior boy and trimmed his nails as well as his paw hair. I also like them because they don’t do a bunch of things and surprise you with a huge bill at the end. They give options and let you know prices, allowing you to make decisions.

First visit with Mabel( special needs 5 month pit bull/terrier mix) . Dr. Humphrey is very sweet and attentive. The vet techs were friendly. Mabel got her first dose for flu shot, stool examination and flea and ticks prevention chew. I have used their clinic for 10 years for other pets (Vern, Daisy and Jasmine). Received stool results next day . I will continue to use their services and recommend them for your pet needs.

We have had the pleasure of using the services of Valley Animal Hospital for the past 16+ years. The receptionists, vet technicians and veterinarians-especially Dr.Alice Humphrey - are competent and compassionate professionals. We recently had to bring a critically ill pet to the hospital and he passed away at the appointment. Though it was a devastating situation, I was very impressed with their response and helped make the experience less traumatic. 100 % recommend!!!

The doctor and staff at Valley were wonderful with our cat ! Their attention to detail with our kitty was nothing short of awesome . I was also impressed with their concern for myself and my lady , as kitty is pushing over 15 years old and has diabetes and will be sorely missed when he passes.
Bottom line is that he is a family member... not just a cat. ❤

We've been coming here to VAH for nearly 3 decades, and have never been disappointed with the care of our pets. Everyone is professional, compassionate and so kind. We definitely would recommend Valley Animal Hospital, to anyone whose looking for excellent care of their pets.

I've been to a few other places in the area w/our 3 dogs and FINALLY have found our home! The staff are all so kind and generous, take their time w/us, have followed up on the dogs after visits. AND care about my family - they work WITH us and our crazy lives and just make it seem like we are the most important client. I'm glad I trusted my gut and switched until we found a place where we feel like we are important! Thank you

My dog had a serious auto immune disease and I couldnt get any answers from my previous vet. I needed another opinion and found Dr. Cooley at valley hospital. I cannot say enough good things about her dedication and personal attention to my dog and her disease. She personally follows up with calls and has a true love for animals! I feel blessed to have found her!

Dr. Cooley and her team are well organized, efficient with scheduling, and they communicate so well as to what is needed, what was done, and all aftercare details. Most importantly, the patients (cats/ dogs) are very well cared for. Top Shelf Organization.

We had a great experience with this vet!! Our boxer suddenly lost her balance and had a hard time getting up and walking. It was one hour to closing and our primary vet sent us away to an Emergency Vet! When I called them they told me it would be a 5 hour wait so we decided to not go that route and wait until the morning so our senior boxer can rest and doesn’t need to go through hours of stress and waiting at the ER. She seemed stable overall, just confused and unable to get up. Due to the lack of interest from our primary vet to help our pup and me being very emotionally drained after a night without sleep because of not knowing what is happening, I decided to find another vet. We’ve been at Valley Animal Hospital before a few years back for another emergency when our primary vet didn’t want to squeeze us in so I called them and they were again very accommodating and gave us an appointment within 3 hours. Once there, I felt extreme relief because of the incredible care and kindness we’ve been given. The doctor didn’t seem rushed like I expected given the fact that they squeezed us in. She took all the time I needed to understand the episode our boxer was going through and I loved her honesty with the recommendations she gave us. Our pup is doing much better today after 2 days recovery, thank god. We will be using this clinic as our primary vet from here on and I am very grateful for the great experience with them.

We love this vet, they have been so great for our family and fur babies. From having to put down our beloved Bulldog to continuing to care for our current animals. The employees are compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. Everyone from the front desk to behind the scenes, thank you for all you do for our family.

Dr. Frain was very thorough with our two goldendoodles. She had never seen them before. Discussed senior dogs and their needs, watching a tooth on one and an eye on the other, weight, meds, etc. very happy with our appointment.

Dr. Knight is the best vet I have been to. The office is clean and pleasant and every tech and receptionist I have spoken with were attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Valley Animal Hospital for anyone in the area.

We've been seeing Dr. Humphrey for a few years now and absolutely love her! She is so knowledgeable, and she's always willing to discuss things so that we're comfortable and understand what's going on. The staff have been wonderful too. We've been able to get in on short notice for urgent matters as well. Highly recommend this practice.

All of staff very friendly. Office staff Lucie answered and after a few questions scheduled an appointment for our sick dog.We did not have to wait long. Dr. Christakos a caring Knowledgeable Vet developed a conservative treatment that alleviated my concerns and helped our little guy.Amber the Tech was so gentle and kind . Very pleased. We feel So fortunate to have found this Team of Professionals.

Always a pleasure working with the team at Valley Animal Hospital! They are so gentle with our kitties, listen carefully to all concerns and most importantly they never act like they are in a rush to move onto the next patient. Love the care we receive at Valley, the service is worth every penny 🐾🥰
