Lindsay Miller.. and the rest of the staff on 08/24/23... Talk about some amazing customer Service. My bank card was frozen and the staff went Above and Beyond in helping me purchase a Oreo Ice Cream Cake for a Co Worker... Thank You So Much and For all the help. I appreciate Lindsay Miller for your help and the rest of the staff. Patience and Kindness... I will definitely make more stops here. Gracias por Todo la Ayuda, senorita Lindsay y su companeros.

Update Peanut butter parfait and blizzard mixed funky and parfait tasted bad with not enough vanilla ice cream and too much hot chocolate sauce that tasted wrong but I guess they must be new or too much chocolate that did not mix well the nuts. Fox river taxi brought me here againbc the taxi drivers like this spot for chilling taking calls then going to the train you guys improved your recipe good job!

It's Dairy Queen! This DQ seems very well run. The drive through is always efficient, the workers are polite. If you want a Blizzard or other DQ treat, this is a great place to stop and get it!

The ice cream is good. Everyone loved the ice cream cake.

One of my favorite dq locations there is no inside but they make the orders super quick and very friendly. I didn't feel pressured with ordering (forgot what I wanted lol) and they employees were very helpful and nice about the whole thing. The inside of this store smells amazing btw! Lol and dq in my opinion has the best soft serve you can find. Dq you better never go bankrupt!! Great location great employees and great smiles!! Loved it!!

Locally owned and they know what they're doing! Peanut butter crunch is one of our local favorites (peanut butter with chocolate cake crunch) and I'm sure there are others. The only thing that would make this place any better is if they brought back Nerds. My favorite Blizzard flavor for 30 years and this was one of the last DQs I knew that still made it until they went through an "ingredient unification" and they got rid of several options, including non-corporate mix-ins.

This is the most fantastic Dairy Queen ever. Period. And let me tell you why. I am an army veteran, a mother of two, and the biggest baby on earth when it comes to needles. After getting my annual labs done this morning, I decided to order some DQ to help me cope. Ha ha! When I placed the order, I asked if they could put in extra red velvet pieces to my blizzard, because I am a pathetic baby. After about a half hour, lo and behold, this beautiful, red velvety cup of heaven arrives at my door, complete with a note saying they added extra red velvet and that they hoped I feel better soon. I’d really like to thank them, because even though it’s a small gesture, it’s the little things that count to me, and helps to maintain my faith in humanity after all. Thank you all! I really mean it.

Well deserved reward after whole day of apple picking.. Lovely options.. Got a cake and every variety of cones.. They were rich and awesome. All staff was nicely following rules and wearing PPE and Gloves. Nice people really

Updated 7/8: After an email exchange I was given a coupon for a blizzard. I just went the other day and the manager was exceptionally nice. Believe her name was Meghan. They got my order right and were very friendly about it. Thank you for reaching out, and offering to make it right!

OMG... thank you for finally getting the DF (dairy free) Dilly bars! Having kids with allergies are the worst, but you guys made it happen, and I (and my DF daughter) love you!

Can you please make more dairy free Dilly bar options? Particularly the cherry.... because that's my favorite lol
