Wendy's

The customer service was amazing. Felt bad for them because their Debit card machine was down & they can only use cash. They were quick and so friendly.

The lady on the register takes pride in her work, very refreshing.

Very fast and food was amazing!!! Love the frostys!

I'm not sure if it's just me, but the french fries were not good. They were barely warm. The new Swiss mozzarella burger was the driest burger I have ever eaten. Wendy's needs to put sauce on both buns. Mozzarella is a dry cheese anyway but put it on a dry bun? Really?

The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly!

Stopped for a couple of Biggie bags.
Counter rep. Girl had it going on. Polite, answered all questions. Very pleasant now a days to someone truly caring. Food was hot and order was correct.

Came in here last night May 13 @ around 8:00pm.
Ordered a double 1/2 pounder plain with cheese. I was given a single plain. Was really not in a good mood and had to get rolling. Once that clock starts tickin' there's no stopping it. Ended up right back here with truck issues. Went in there this morning at around 8:45 am asked for a manager and told them what had happened and they made it right, fresh. Two thumbs up with this morning's crew. I also need to mention I bid not call in last night was on phone must of the time with road break down. Also I wasn't given a receipt for my purchase. But morning crew still made it right. Thank you very much.

The floors were spotless! There was not one dirty table in the dining room and not a spec of dust in the place! My meal was fresh and my Spicy chicken sandwich was crisp so were the fries! This is the best fast food restaurant I have ever visited with excellent customer service and the friendliest staff to top it off!

Took my youngest daughter today on way home from her oldest Sister's house for Christmas get-together. The food was excellent and for it being Christmas, the staff was so nice!! They wished is a Merry Christmas, and we're all smiles!! Nice!

I think it was a fairly new facility. The staff was polite. The coffee? It was the absolute best! Who knew Wendy's would have such a great cup of joe!

my wife and have been going here for the last 2 years and I would like to say that about 3 or 4 days ago the food was just amazing it was cooked it was fast they were friendly they are definitely making improvements at this Wendy's their fries were way better than McDonald's they actually had salt on them super happy very happy 👍 hats off to the young lady working the kitchen that night 👍

Service was good, food was hot, staff were friendly. The wait was a bit for food, but it was hot and fresh. In these times of covid I was overall happy.

Very busy inside and drive thru but even short staffed each employee was polite and patient. $5 biggie bags are more than enough food for the average person.

Yeah this place was better than most. They were all about getting the orders out and they have some good customer service. The food was great the place was clean.

A guy named Andrea took my order and had it out only seconds after paying! Watching him run his team was bliss! I hope he was the manger because he is perfect at his job!

I always love the 4 for $4. Awesome price for alot of food. Service is usually pretty quick as well. Location could be cleaner, but the workers are friendly.

It was midnight, all I wanted was Taco Bell. I thought Taco Bell was open till 2am but they closed at midnight, oops. Decided since Im driving Id ask my phone to take me to the next 24/7 fast food place and it brought up Wendy's on college. So because I stupidly trusted my phone I go all the way down to wendys on college, but theyre not 24/7 either! My bad for listening to my phone and not pulling over to take my time to figure out what's really open and whats is not lol. So I google for the Wendys that is 24/7 and of course its all the way on Market st. So I begrudgingly headed down to market streets Wendy's after 2 failed attempts at buying food. I only made it to center street before BPD pulled me over. I assume because its late and downtown they were hoping to pull over a drunk college kid--but they just got a really hungry one instead. They let me go, thankfully. So I once again began my long trek to Wendy's. Let me tell you it was worth the dang trouble. I have never had such fast service, they totally hooked me up with hot fresh food and so much sauce I could die and leave some in my will to my future grandchildren. Was worth the hassle getting there haha. Deff recommend, especially for late night cravings. Wendys totally came through for me!

Wendys had a rough patch but the one on market st is deffinately makin a turn around more training for better customer service as well as more managers to correct any wrong for all the dislikes i can deffinately tell u ive seen .many more people who would approve opposed to u few who dont like it and if these were real problems u could have simply asked to have food fixed our request manager for correction or try to empathize maybe.
Wendys on matket is extremely busy especially after school hours there are gonna be mistakes at a fast food reateraunt that is the risk u r taking by goin to any fast food resteraunt

Our order was missing bacon. I went back later. They replaced the order and gave us something extra. Great service.
